A ‘coat factory’ with only three racks of coats? Yes Folks that’s right, Burlington COAT Factory does not stock coats.
After wondering around the enormous retail floor, that looked frighteningly like a Goodwill resale shop, I stumbled onto the meager selection of coats that were hidden in the rear of the store. Was looking for a spring trench & all they had were a few sad looking winter jackets, which I find very odd & misleading.
Recommendation: shop online or perhaps go to Goodwill instead.

This BCF used to be located in the Cincinnati Mall; now they’re located near TriCounty Mall. I generally go here when I’m looking for a deal on coats and baby clothes. I don’t have the patience to search through racks of clothing for myself or the hubs, though I do have to say it’s better organized by clothes item than a TJ Maxx or Marshalls. I had a fantastic customer service experience today though. I was looking for a coat in a larger size and she personally helped me locate, call, and secure a coat from another store. They’re even going to ship it to me (for a small fee), since this other store is located just too far away from me to make it feasible. The manager stayed on the line, arranging everything for me, giving me her best customer service even though she was clearly understaffed. That would have to be my one complaint… they need more employees, but on the other hand, that may be one way in which they are able to keep costs low…

LOVE the selection online. the physical store inventory i was not too crazy about. Maybe because it is a new store and there have been alot of sales for the holiday there were slim pickins of clothes. Although it is a convenient location and they have a yummy collection of purses at a great price!.. I was disappointed in their shoe department as well. But for the thrifty, they do have layaway so that is great for the holidays in this economy!
