I went here after a long hiking at Zion, my family and I were starving and came here 5 minutes before 10pm and they close at 10pm. We stop by here and asked if they still serving and they say yes. The waitress was super attentive always serving with a smile the food was delicious, they’re serving breakfast all day and they have vegetarian options too.

Good little restaurant in Springdale near Zion National park!!! Excellent sandwiches had the Ruben and it was one of the best I have ever had even Manhattan !! They have a full serve bar but be warned this is Utah so you MUST order a food item in order to have a cocktail AND you must be in an actual seat to be served alcohol. I suggest the chips and salsa if you just want a beer! Great service and Brian was a hoot!

I’m writing this as we are sitting in the restaurant. This is our second time here because I loved the food the first time and we had great service as well. This time, so far, different story. Our waiter(male, in his 30s), has been anything but attentive. Even though he sat us, it took him forever to come take our drink orders. When he finally made it over for drinks, we were ready to order. When he brought the drinks, we all said«Thank you!» and he literally threw the straws on the table and walked away without a word. We all just stared in amazement. Are you serious right now?! Quite frankly I don’t need to review the food and don’t care if it’s the best food in the world. Service is a huge deal and they’ve already miserably failed. He has not yet been back to check if we need refills either, seeing as he is too busy hanging out with a buddy at the bar. I guess we will now have to find a new place to eat whenever we are in Zion. Update: Over 30 minutes and still no food. Server has stopped by once to say our food should be out soon…

Trying to get out of the heat today(it was 104 at 6pm). Decided to go with a mainstream looking place. Besides the waitress(blond, short hair and mid 30’s) the rest was okay at best. The hostess was more occupied by her cell phone than anything else. There was another young girl who was sitting right next to our booth… I’m still trying to figure out what she really did… but she was doing pretty good on the game via her cell phone. The bar tender sat more than he waited on anyone… just a bad vibe overall and just not managed. Now for the food. I had the hickory burger for 11.99 and honestly a Carl’s Jr Western Bacon Cheeseburger would have beaten this thing out! The BBQ sauce was terrible and the obviously over frozen fries were just the same, terrible. The menu covers everything. Bar food, Mexican, Asian, etc. — which reminded me of a Restaurant Impossible episode where they try and do too much food and everything suffers. The server was the only saving grace.

Food is great, servings are huge, and the tvs have all sports playing all the time. It’s a smaller place so wait times can be long.

It’s a sports bar so if you have a burger and fries it’s all good. The server didn’t ask how I wanted my cheeseburger cooked and I forget to tell him so it came out more well done than I would have liked, but it was huge and it was good. My husband got a bratwurst and fries. Both were very good as were the buns on the burger and the brat. My mistake was in ordering a side salad instead of fries which come with the burger. The salad was $ 1.25 extra and was just a small bowl of not so fresh lettuce with a couple of cherry tomatoes. Note to self — Sports bar, don’t order any kind of salad, have the fries.

It was a nice place, the hostess was on her phone when we came in, then we were directed to our table in the sense of just being pointed to a table. After sitting we met our waitress very sweet but seemed frazzled. When ordering she didn’t ask much about our food such as how we wanted our burgers done. Later on during our food she spilled water on a costumers table and didn’t act very quickly. The staff was very unorganized and unprofessional but very nice. Nice people who just need a little more guidance in the restaurant. The food was good, our appetizers came with our food. Other than that it was good not very kid friendly.

We were staying at the holiday inn next door to Jack’s and the waitress recommended this place for dinner so we came. I have to first comment that the service here is certainly not friendly for a small town. The staff here made me feel like they just wanted to get us out of there using the least amount of conversation possible. Food was not impressive either.

So we stopped her for a late lunch soon after arriving in Springdale. Hostess with long hair and braces was not exactly rude but it seemed she could barely be bothered to do much besides point to a booth and say you can sit there. Our waitress was extremely nice and took our order quickly. Stopped by soon after that to let us know our food was almost ready. Food was good but a little pricey for what it was. but it’s a tourist town so that is expected.

The good: the beer, sports on tv, chips and salsa with guacamole, sweet potato fries and onion rings The meh: cheesesteak sandwich was burnt and dry, chick teriyaki with rice and tempura was just ok, Reuben sandwich was also just ok We didn’t have a long wait to be seated, but food took over 20 mins long to be served.

Their burgers aren’t for the faint of heart. I know because I barely finished the guacamole burger even though my heart told me to stop. On our way back from Zion National Park, we wanted to stop by a sports bar to grab a bite and catch march madness. Fortunately Jacks Sports Grill is close enough to achieve it all. The gigantic size of the burgers aside, it’s a fairly clean establishment with plenty of tables, booth and bar seating. As far as TVs go, they were plenty to go around the sports bar. The quality of the burger is what you expect from a typical sports bar, but the beer selection was more than adequate and the prices were about $ 1 – 2 more expensive than the norm. Given its convenient location to Zion and plenty of parking, it’s a 4 star place for me.

I was going to come here for drinks, then read reviews of racism against non Whites. Are you kidding me??? Am I less American than you because my eyes are shaped different than yours?! Do I not pay taxes? Do I not contribute to the economy?! Am I not a homeowner and take care of my own yard?! Ignorant, ignorant, ignorant. I’ll take my hard, cold American cash elsewhere! And my 20% tipping to someone else who deserves it. Your loss.

This place was just a walk from our hotel. It was a bit busy when we went but we grab seats at the bar and the bartender took awesome care of us. Can I say, the mixed drinks here are amazing! The bartender knows what he’s doing. The burgers were huge and delish. It is what it is– a sports bar and expect the food to be just that. If you want your foodie experience this isn’t that place. If you’re not in a rush, want a good drink and huge burgers, then this is your place.

Honestly the food was good but the service was horrendous. My party was waited on by guy name jack or Jason something with J last night on Saturday. He was very lazy. We were a party of 8 and he set all drinks at the end of the table so we had to pass along and same with the food. We also had to ask him bring things out constantly and he was always in the back. I’m assuming he was helping in the kitchen but that does not excuse him from his duties; if anything they should have had the other waitress help out at least. I had to get up and go ask the other waitress in the back because he would never check on us. NOTONLYTHAT, we had $ 8 left of change on our bill and he kept it!!! He didn’t give us back our change, he automatically thought he deserved it. If I wasn’t with my brother who said he didn’t care that he kept I would have totally complained and not given any tip. He deserved nothing. It was also very quiet in the restaurant which was very awkward.

Meh food. Meh servers. Worst was the truth about how Unilocalers said they were racist, and they were. Don’t bother coming here if you’re not white. Like polygamously white. Just saying. Meh.

After a hot day of hiking at Zion national park we were in the mood for a few beers to unwind(hey camping’s about being resourceful and making use of what’s available, right?), so we headed into town and asked a local about where we could grab a decent beer. They pointed is towards jacks. I had my doubts but we checked it out and I’m glad we did. We went for the beer! We didn’t know about Utah’s eat if you drink law, and after trying to order just beer we were informed that we needed to order some food as well. The guy was nice enough to provide an alternative, which was to go next door to the liquor store, grab a few, then hang out at a local spot like the river. As enticing as that seemed, we ended up staying for the urban luxuries like AC. We sat at the bar and received great service. Their small, but satisfying, selection of craft beers was a pleasure to choose from. The frosty cold glass mugs they provided for the beers(a simple touch but so few get that just right.) made the experience memorable. Plenty of TVs all over and they didn’t seem to mind when one patron asked to watch a specific game. We got their around 3pm on a Saturday, and by about 5pm people started filling up. I’ll probably be back next time I’m visiting the park.

I ordered chicken teriyaki and my husband had the egg and bacon hamburger. It was scrumptious! I was so hungry I forgot to take pictures of the food. The location is amazing as well. Our waiter Jason was nice and took take of us
