I needed to pop in and buy a keyless lock for my parents and I was in and out in a jiffy. The gentleman who helped me was knowledgable, friendly, and patient with all of my questions. The lock works great, too!

Just wanted a quart of paint to do some touch up on a bank property. Picked our color chip, and spent the next 45 minutes being told by the guy who mixed the paint that that was not the color we wanted, nor was it the brand of paint. 4 times I told him «1 quart exterior mix it to this color, cheapest you got» first mix was no where near the color, finally pulled out the iPad showed him the color I wanted, the one that matched our color chip and got what I wanted.
Thank goodness no one else was waiting. I don’t know if he was trying to impress us with his knowledge of paint, but it didn’t work.

I love browsing Lowe’s. Looking at power tools and home improvement stuff and thinking about things I could do with it in my own home. Sadly, I would end up hurting myself because I am completely clumsy.
Here and there are a few things. I can hang pictures. I can change out an electrical outlet cover. I have hung a few ceiling fans in my time.

Great staff here. Had a return that became complicated, all not their fault, but they continued to try to work it out as best they could and with a great attitude. That’s unfortunately becoming rare.
