Nice and clean inside and out, including the restrooms, but the service was slow today. Only one person working the registers and the drive through. He was slammed.

Évaluation du lieu : 4 Springdale, AR
Brothers Bill and Walter Mathews own all 32NWA McDonald’s restaurants and they give a lot back to our community. I am proud that their NWA headquarters is in Springdale and that their training facilities have received accolades from those high up in the McDonald’s corporate chain. This is the McDonald’s I go to the most. It is easy to get in and out of this location and there is ample parking for semi-trailer trucks and buses in the large paved area behind the restaurant. I usually stop there in the mornings and I am surprised by the relatively low staff turnover. I’ve seen some of the same friendly faces for years. The Egg White Delight McMuffin is my favorite breakfast meal and McDonald’s has terrific coffee. This McDonald’s is probably scheduled for a makeover and I think it’s time. The facility is always clean and well-maintained, but the building style is from the old look of McDonald’s, not the newer look where the restaurants’ exteriors are«earthier tones» and stonework. This McDonald’s definitely needs the upgrade to two drive through lanes as the morning hours line of cars illustrates. I’m sure it is costly and more time-consuming to rehab a restaurant while it is open, but this McDonald’s location should be able to pay for the investment as quickly as any other as it is one busy place. I like that McDonald’s are starting to recreate themselves in a way that seems more like a Starbucks. The revamped McDonald’s I’ve visited have wooden tables, faux leather chairs, muted colors, and are nothing like the famously bright red-and-yellow arches, and the stores’ durable but not-very-comfortable fiberglass tables and steel chairs. The new McDonald’s are actually places I don’t mind going inside and staying a while. I am giving this McDonald’s 4 out of 5 stars because it hasn’t been upgraded as of this writing. Once it is improved, like the McDonald’s on Joyce Blvd in Fayetteville, I will up my review to five stars.
