Ocean Pools

Mike Mitchell of ocean pools spas and more inc. is a liar, thief, and builds a horrible pool. We hired mike to build a 45,500 pool and he dug a hole in our yard added rebar that would not pass inspection from a structural engineer, and we had to pay him before the gunite was shot. He never fixed the issues we had and called me a son of a bit@$ on the phone. He stole our money that we had to prepay for work that was never done. Now we are having to pay lawyers to try and get our money back. I have done research and he has had 11 lawsuits in the past 10 years against him. He leases his equipment from his personal account, so that you have a hard time getting any of your hard earned money back that he stole. He did the same thing to our neighbors down the street. The workmanship on his pools is awful. We paid over 25,000 dollars for a hole, shotty rebar and the worst concrete base you have ever seen and that took over 3 months. Please do your research and don’t get stuck in the same situation we are in.
