I used to like panda. I’m not picky or hard to please when it comes to Chinese buffets. I know they aren’t going to be 5 star food. And panda used to be a solid 7⁄10 but the last time me and my wife went the food was bland. Like I don’t even know what was different. The food looked the same. Just didn’t taste anywhere close to good. Even the crab rangoons that used to be delicious were just bland. Like even salt would make it taste better. I don’t know if there was a new chef or someone was training that night or what but it was terrible. If they keep that up they will be closed down like the Rogers panda.

What a disappointment! The ambience and building look enticing, but the variety at the buffet was terrible and the food they did have was subpar.

As far as Chinese buffets go, this place is solid. Fair variety traditional American-Chinese food and pretty good seafood selection(snow crab legs, sushi, crawfish). Some dishes were subpar but nothing too bad to keep people away. I’m not from around here but I could see this place being that go-to Chinese buffet to pig out. The restaurant itself looks really cool and it is clean. The staff was A+. If it matters, we went at on a week night at dinner time and everything seemed well stocked and fresh.

Overall food quality was comparable to most Chinese buffets I’ve been to. They have 7 buffet bars with a variety of food on each. Some dishes were good, some not so good. The sushi was fresh, the staff was nice and attentive.

Its a buffet! Food is OK. Confused as to why it has such high reviews. Everyone was attentive and friendly, the place was fine, the food is unremarkable and mostly canned or frozen. Green beans were good.

Okay, I tried this place based on the good reviews. There were very few, but they were good… I have to say, I was disappointed. What were you guys thinking? The restaurant is beautiful, the staff was very friendly. The buffet was well attended to, none of the food was languishing during dinner, everything looked pretty fresh… But that does not mean it was good. It was certainly different. You all know exactly what standard American Chinese food looks and tastes like. The take on those same items here was a little bit different. Similar, but not the same. And, not different in a bad way at all. They just seem to choose slightly different ingredients along the way. But the end result wasn’t really good. Not terrible. Just not good. I did appreciate that they had the standard Chinese American spareribs on the buffet during dinner. That one item is a reminder of my childhood, and I don’t see it as frequently as I used to. No way in heck that this is a five-star restaurant. I’m giving it 2, and that is just about right.

Panda’s attention to detail, cleanliness, friendly service, and excellent quality of food made my experience the best Chinese food I’ve ever had. Living in a small town to begin with doesn’t allow my taste buds the honor of trying nice restaurants very often, but this place has definitely opened my eyes. Before I even entered the building, I was impressed with their gorgeous exterior — two flow long fountains on each side, nice detailing all over the building, and just an overall quality to the architecture. It’s kind of a ways in from the main road so I didn’t get to see this until I was up close. When you go in you’re greeted with smiling and cheerful waiters, waitresses, and the host who seats you. The buffet had a variety of fresh food, seafood, sushi, a salad bar, etc. The cooked food was steaming hot and was nothing short of spectacular quality. Our waitresses were always stopping by seeing if we needed anything and kept up with us. We had several times the ladies were being super sweet and just talking to us. I loved that they were always smiling and wanting to help. It wasn’t too much and it wasn’t too less. I was especially impressed with their modern décor, seating, tables, etc. It was all a very serene environment to compliment their already wonderful service and food. And when we got our check, for two people at lunch, I was paying the same thing if not less for the«best Chinese restaurant»(Chen Garden) in my home town. It was less than 20 dollars. Well worth our money! A must-try for the whole family! You will not be disappointed.

I’ve been here about six times now, and their food is ALWAYS consistently warm, delicious, quality, and with a great variety. I think this may be the best Asian buffet in the area!
