Pizza Hut

I’ve been eating at this Pizza Hut faithfully for over 4 years and after how my family was treated today, I will not be back. My 17 year old daughter arrived a few minutes before the pizza we ordered was ready. After the clerk took her payment, my daughter sat in line for 20 more minutes with no other contact from the clerk. The driver of another car pulled up and started blaring their horn either trying to hurry my daughter up or make the restaurant get things moving. My daughter finally pulled out of the drive through lane and went into the store where the pizza had been sitting for who knows how long while she waited in the drive through getting honked at.
In the years that I’ve frequented this particular store, I’ve noticed that the quality of service has gone down but this is definitely an all time low. It is quite upsetting that they’d leave a customer waiting in the line this long without communicating with her. When we complained, we were told by an employee of Pizza Hut that if we were uncomfortable with the situation, we could have just come to pick up the Pizza ourselves. Very rude treatment by the employees. The employee that spoke to us like this was Mike, employee number 7717.

Big they do excellent work here if it was hot and fresh
