Normally just go through the drive thru so I cannot really comment on the restaurant building itself as far as condition etc., but I have always received good fresh food from the drive through window. I have always received what I have ordered and the staff have always been polite and cheerful. My only gripe and it is just a personal preference more than anything else is I hate it when the vegetables used in your sandwiches have not been drained and dried properly, you get half way through the sandwich and it starts dripping everywhere.

Check your order before you leave the drive-through lane. Another messed up order they just simply forgot half my order! And I waited longer than usual for my order so I really just assumed that it had to include my whole order because it was taking so long to get it to me ! I always check my order in the drive-through because half of the time they forget something! so I called in and the mgr didn’t apologize they didn’t offer me anything for the inconvenience! they told me just to come back and get the missed item ! That was my lunch break I’m at work now — that’s not something I can do ! and so then she wanted to know an exact time that I would be by? And wanted my name that has nothing to do with it ! She was talking to me as maybe it was my mistake! Learn customer service if you’re going to be in this business! Rule number one… be polite, have a smiling voice even if I don’t. Rule number two: say an apology and ask what you can do to make it up and LISTEN. Rule number 3: don’t make demands with the disgruntled customer ! It’s a fast food restaurant just give me what I ordered and give me a coupon to come back or anything to make it up to me! the customer is always right! Make the conversation short and sweet ! I was in a hurry that’s why I went through the drive-through! I was hungry now I’m still hungry because you jacked up my order and forgot to give me my pizza ! offer me a free meal or something for my wasted time and having to come back there and deal with your sorry ass! And I shouldn’t have to have an appointment with a manager I should be able to count on any of your staff people to help me get what I paid for.

Seriously? Did they even wash the salad before they served it to me? That is just plain lazy. I ate it despite the label and it taste like dirt! No more for me.
