Sturm’s Indoor Gun Range

I like this place and the staff very much. They have been helpful and friendly each of the three times I’ve been, and I will continue to patronize this shop.

In town for the weekend visiting a friend, wanted to go shoot. Good selection of rentals, cheap to shoot, didn’t seem like there were a bunch of idiots who made me feel unsafe walking around with firearms. Service could be a little better, but all in all I’d definitely come back.

This is the first gun range I ever been at. The staff was very nice. I called first and they were nice on the phone. I don’t believe the reviews. Clearly the staff has changed, but I was just travelling so I have no previous experience here. The fact they were open on Sunday when no other place was open was a big plus for me.

Didn’t believe the reviews till I was a victim of bad customer service. Not very helpful at all. Its an old place that should change their old ways.

I won’t be returning to Sturm’s indoor range. I was very displeased with the customer service when I was there. I called the range a day in advance to make sure it would be alright to show up with a large group (9 people) the next morning and all the person on the phone would say was, «We don’t open until 10:30». When the group got there the next morning at 10:45 the range was still closed and there was another large group already waiting outside. After we were finished and everyone was paying for our lanes, The cashier was very rude to several people in our group, because he didn’t keep track of what we had used. The website clearly displays the price for the lanes, but there was nothing about buying targets and the targets didn’t have a price on them when we got there.

Looks like a gun shop to me. It’s a shooting range not a 5 star restaurant! It is a friendly place to shoot. Inexpensive and reasonable range fee. I love the place, in fact I live in Fayetteville and will drive to Springdale to Sturm’s rather than going to the Sportsman’s place.

I really don’t get it.
I feel like you should be able to buy crickets from this place the way it looks inside and out. Horrible selection of Guns and Ammo.
