I needed a mini-​iPad for a business trip. After researching how much it would cost to buy one online, I decided to visit a local shop.
The Phone Guys in NWA had a mini-​iPad (used) that was exactly what I was looking for. The techs had checked it out; it worked nicely. Rudy, the manager, helped me to get it setup and synced to my iPhone info. I walked out of the store with an iPad mini and used it in my business meeting that afternoon.
That was over a month ago and I have not had any problems with the device.
Highly recommend the Phone Guys.
