The guy is a dick. He may know more about car audio than I do or he may not. Either way he has no people skills. If you would like to be talked down to and treated like you’re a dummy then by all means stop by, and I’m sure this guy will oblige you. Also, there’s some other dude selling used appliances out of that store too. Some people don’t belong in customer service. Remember people, if a customer stops to give you their business, and pay you for your services… Be NiCE!
If you don’t treat your customers with some decency someone else will. And then you may find yourself hocking old microwaves out your back door. Ha!
Wanted to stop by next time and get all my factory speakers replaced because they have memphis audio stuff, and get headrest media players for the kids. Meh, there’s always someone else willing to do it with a smile and a «customer is always right» attitude. Enjoy fading into obscurity Thumpers!
