I chose one star because negative numbers are not available. I reserved a local on a Saturday evening. Their sign on the door said they would be open Sunday at 9:00 AM. I ask to confirm, they told me 8:00. I received a text that confirmed 9:00 AM then another text confirmed 10:00 AM. I called back and they told me 9:00 AM. When I arrived at 9:00 they were busy. I waited in line for a half an hour while the guy behind the counter helped several people. One was a former employee so they chit chatted for a long time trying to work a deal. The guy behind the counter then followed his buddy out and talked another 30 minutes. When he can back in he brought another buddy to put in line ahead of us. I spoke up and told him I was next. He then made a threat to throw me out. Let me mention that I am disabled and was in pain, there was no place to sit. I showed him my reservation he the told me I was 2 hours late. I was there at 9:00 when the person on the phone said they were open. I told him that and I have been eating an hour. He the told me he was going to throw me out. I have never been treated as bad and threatened like that, and totally embaresed. I sent U-​Haul an email a week ago, no response, I guess this is acceptable behavior with them. I will never go to that location again no recommend them to anyone.
