Red Altar(American Red Ale) is awesome. The Chimichurri fries very good. Perfect place to have dinner and a beer after a long day of hiking. Did you find an angel up in Angels Landing? No? Go here and Barbi can serve you beer.

First off, Barbi was AMAZING! She gave us excellent advice for hiking and was a great server. We were in Zion for two nights and came both nights. The food is really good and it’s pretty much the only place open at night time during the off season. Please hire more people like Barbi :)

EXCELLENT. Decided to stop by the Brew Pub after a long day of hiking, sight-seeing, & adventuring in the park, and it was the second best choice we made(after the canyon overlook trail at Zion!) of the day. We came in on a Saturday night and got seated at a booth in front of the live band, & they were awesome! We enjoyed the live smooth jazz music while sipping on locally-crafted beer, which was seasonal since it was January /New Years weekend. My bf got an IPA& I ordered the seasonal coffee-tinted stout, which was AMAZING. So so so good. We shared the pretzel stick/fries with beer-battered butter, the beef stout stew, and ordered the whiskey-flavored salmon with vegetables. The veggies were pretty colors and steamed to perfection! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal, sharing stories of our tales through the national park. Overall, the quality of the food, the delicious beer, the good music, & the overall experience made this last-minute trip to Zion Brew Pub well worth it.

Stopped in here for dinner with the family on 12⁄22 after a nice day hiking Angel’s landing. I hoped for better. The food was good, but not great. I had a burger. It wasn’t bad at all. It was good, but it was just like every other burger I have had. Not quite great, but passable. I would say that is true for all of the food. But the beers left me disappointed. First let’s start by saying i love a good IPA, Double IPA or even Triple IPA. I enjoy hops in the right beer. But that doesn’t mean I want every beer to be overly hopped, and that was the problem here. I ordered a sampler of every beer on the menu except the pumpkin spice they had because I hate pumpkin spice anything. Aside from their Stout, Hefe, and English Ale every beer was over hopped. Their Amber would be a great malty Amber if it wasn’t so hoppy, and these hops don’t mix well with the malt characteristics at all. Would I go here again, yeah, it’s a decent enough place. But I’d probably sick to the stout.

Apparently, every beer served in Utah has a 4.0% alcohol content — not even going there… the red ale I ordered wasn’t bad, it was quite tasty. I guess 4.0% has its advantages, you have to order a few in order to feel the buzz. My peeps and I ordered appetizers and beers, sat outside and enjoyed the beautiful scenery in the blazing sun. The sun was needed even though the forecast was clear skies, it was still bloody cold. The service was normal, they were attentive and got our order out with haste. This would be my spot to chill and enjoy a good company. Lots of tourist and people hiking the Zion.

This is our second time stopping in for dinner. tonight we tried the portobello ravioli pasta Alfredo and the pastrami ruben with chimichurri fries. Delicious and so filling! The staff are very attentive and we even got a 20% discount since we are staying at the hotel next door.

We were here on a Monday night after a long day of hiking in Zion National Park. My hubby and I tried 3 different brews and enjoyed them all. My favorite was the Amber Ale. We also had the wings… amazing! Highly, highly recommend their wings! The pretzel sticks were soooooo darn good we had 2 orders of them. If you’re in the area you have to stop in!

I had a blue cheese and bacon burger which was massive. This is a great place to stop before or after a hike. The food and beer were excellent.

We came here to meet friends who were hiking Zion. It’s RIGHT outside the park in the same shopping complex as the giant move screen. The décor is pleasant, and although the wait staff are friendly, and helpful, they don’t know anything about how the dishes on the menu are prepared. I had the buffalo burger and my wife had the fish & chips. My burger was ok, nothing amazing. My wife’s fish was greasy and the chips were more like bite-size potato cakes… and both the fish & «chips» were soggy. The beer… I do like me a good beer. I had the stout, English ale, and amber. All were tasty, all were very light. the amber and ale were fruity and the ale had a refreshing bouquet. The beer pulled the overall score of ZCBC up from the lower food scores. Here, I would give them a 3.75. Although the beer is good, it’s not really a craft beer, it’s very commercial in flavor… but still good. Would I return? If friends wanted to go, I would easily revisit. But I doubt I would seek this place out again on my own.

7÷3÷15 Best friend & I stopped here out of quick necessity, as we were starving and hadn’t eaten the whole day of hiking. Our server was super sweet — but it seemed like he was taking care of the entire restaurant by himself. I saw multiple other servers & the bartender just sitting around having drinks while he alone cared for the 8+ tables there. Needless to say, our waters went unfilled and things were pretty slow. We got the buffalo &BBQ burger. I was alarmed when they brought my plate, as it looked like a burger surrounded by chicken nuggets. Alas, they were only the delicious English Fries. I’ve never had or seen anything like them. Both our burgers were good, though they arrived without any vegetables… and due to slow service, it took over 5min to get them. Buffalo burger was super moist, and was pretty sweet. It was interesting — not kg favorite thing, but still good. For the portion size, and the fact that it’s at the main tourist hub — prices are reasonable.

DONTEATHERE! The beer is ok, especially after a long day of hiking. But our food was terrible and all we heard were complaints from the people nearby. On top of that they were understaffed and had someone at the host/hostess station who didn’t really know what they were doing = bad service.

Near the shuttle bus station for Springdale and Zion this is a great place to stop after some hiking in the canyons. Beer here outside on the patio amongst the mountains. Get a pint or try a few different beers with their 6oz tasting offer. Hamburgers were very good and loaded with bacon, avocado, cheese or what ever you want to stuff them with. Pretzel sticks with beer batter dip were so good we brought some back to the hotel and had them as a late snack.

I’m a beer snob — so imagine my intense excitement that there was a brewpub right near our camp ground! We came here twice. Once on Saturday afternoon after our hike to Observation Point. I did four flights: Amber, Altar(can’t remember what is was), Pale Ale, and Stout. The Stout is one of the best I have had — nice chocolately looking head, tastes like a high ABV but this is Utah so… We came here on Sunday afternoon after hiking The Narrows and before we were ready to head out. Had three flights of their seasonals: peach, pumpkin, and session IPA. The best out of those was the IPA. Peach was just ok, not my thing. Pumpkin was decent. I ordered a pint of the Stout though! The food was excellent. Huge portions and the chimichurri fries are to die for. I had the chicken picatta sandwich on Saturday and the Mediterrian Chickpea Salad on Sunday. Both were excellent. My husband had the spicy thai chicken wrap both days. We had excellent service on both days. Cannot remember our servers names — a girl on Sunday and a guy on Saturday. The guy was so nice on Saturday as I was asking him questions about Utah’s drinking laws and we talked about Oregon football etc. and he was adorable — have to admit I had a little bit of a crush on him LOL. The prices for food were a little on the expensive side, but it’s touristy and only 5 minutes from the campground so it’s expected. With the size of the portions I didn’t mind. Prices for beer were on point — $ 2 for a SIX ounce tasting and $ 5 for a pint. Sit outside if you can. We did on Sunday and although it was hot they have the misters out there that cool you off. The view is spectacular. Drinking craft beer looking out at a view like that is a memory I will have forever. We will definitely be back on our next Zion trip. Cheers!

The address listed on Unilocal is not correct! The are actually located right before the entrance to the park. There is a parking lot right in front that you can park for a few hours. The food, beers, and location are all really good. You can’t get much closer to the park without being inside it. The beer is all locally brewed and they have $ 2 tastings. I had the cranberry walnut salad that was really good. They have the best fries! You have to try them. This is a great place to grab lunch or dinner after a hike.

Location, Location, Location… well… and craft beer. Those are what will keep this place afloat. Whenever I travel, the first thing I check… Where is the closest brewery? This my friends is the Only local brewer near Zion so they’re quite fortunate in that respect. This brewpub is located right outside the entrance of Zion National Park so that’s convenient as well. The beer was okay. I tried the Zion Pale Ale and the Springdale Amber. Neither one blew my mind, but after hiking all morning they were refreshing. For lunch we started with the pretzel sticks. These were confusingly not pretzel at all. I would call them fried bread sticks? Kinda like hush puppy-ish thing sticks, but not as good as that may or may not sound. They weren’t bad, but not great and definitely not what we were expecting. I got the Schnitzel for my main lunch and it was really good. Breaded and fried pork on cooked red cabbage and potatoes if I remember correctly. It was great actually. The service seems to be what is hurting this place the most based on other reviews I’ve read. Our service was okay. It was a bit awkward and slow at times, but I wasn’t offended in any way. From what I could tell, it seems to be a roller coaster of inconsistency at best. Bottom line is that if you’re a craft beer fan… you’re going to stop in here. That is what this place has on its side. Just go in knowing, like I did, that you’re rolling the dice on service, you’ve probably had better beer and the Schnitzel is pretty effing good.

We were staying in the hotel right next to this pub that opened recently since my SO didn’t see it there when he came a couple years ago. We get a discount off our food if we show our room key so we decided to come here on our first night. It wasn’t too busy on a Wednesday evening. We were seated right away. Browsing through their menu took a while because most of the items didn’t look appetizing. We had a hard time finding something we wanted to eat. My SO ended up with a burger and a sampler of two beers. He really enjoyed the two beers he selected. I actually ended up with a delicious and unique beet infused pasta. We have never seen a red pasta before. It was the right amount of food and pretty delicious. Overall, the food was decent but we did notice some discrepancies in the service. We were never given the specials. But the service itself was decent. Good one time experience. Not sure if we would return.

I wish I was able to write a more thorough review, unfortunately we were told to leave because this«brewpub» doesn’t allow you to sit on the patio unless you order food. We told the host that we wanted to have some beers on the patio, he sat us, we drank a beer, tried to order a second and were informed that we couldn’t unless we had an appetizer as well. I’ll be ordering my beers and appetizer somewhere else next time we visit. Edit: After reading some of the other reviews it seems that our problem may be due to Utah liquor laws, and not some dumb policy. I bumped my review up a couple stars but am still being grumpy because they didn’t bother to tell us this when we specifically said we were going to be drinking. Utah, beautiful and dumb.

If it wasn’t for Utah’s archaic drinking and food laws, this place would probably be a 4 or maybe even a 5. Service was great and the food and drinks were good… for the boundaries they were working within. First off, none of the beer is above 4%. It’s a bit weird to have an IPA below that, but it ended up being decent. Secondly, you can’t just go and sit and have a drink. You can’t just stand at the bar and enjoy a drink. You MUST have a meal. But maybe I just want a drink? Too bad. Third, all meat must be cooked well done. They did their best with the well done cheeseburger, but it just didn’t work for me. Again, I know these aren’t necessarily the brewpubs fault, so please don’t skip it on my account. The beer is good and I like the room. I just can’t stand rules like this.

I was pretty stoked when I saw they had a local brewery less than a mile from our hotel. Then I checked out the photos and knew that this would be on our hit list while we were in Springdale visiting Zion. The views really are just incredible. The day we went, it was freezing outside, but I was determined to have an ice cold beer with the incredible view. Funny enough there was some other dude out on the patio that felt the same way — he said to his wife«Just this beer, then we can go inside». The nice staff set up heaters for us — which made the experience so much nicer. They kept us nice and toasty — while I sipped away on a few brews. The offer $ 26oz samples — and I tried three. I had a red ale, IPA and porter. The porter was my favorite. Apparently Utah has some funky alcohol laws. First, you can’t order any beer without ordering food(it’s printed right on the menu!) and I guess the beers can’t be over 4% ABV. Interesting. So of course… we ordered food! We had a french onion soup to warm us up. They throw in a nice chunk of bread and let it soak up all the soup. It was great. We also go the pretzel bites with beer cheese sauce. It was really good. Overall, the beers and food were decent, but it was more about the scenery. You are literally surrounded by mountains. That patio is pretty incredible. They do live music on the weekends and I’m sure in season this place is packed with beer lovers — and folks just looking for a good time.
