Golden Krust Bakery

This is the worst Golden Krust in Queens. I recommend to stay away from this one like the plague. I wanted to order some cocktail patties for a work function. I called in the morning, to see if they had cocktail patties, was told, they only had chicken, and that I had to come in person to place the order. I come in person, order 3 dozen cocktail patties from some young man behind the counter. He says come back in 30 minutes, I ask do you need my name or number, do you need any other information from me. He says No, just come back in 30 minutes. I come back in 30 minutes, and ask about my order, I am told no order was placed, no one knows about order. I ask where the young man is who took my order, I am told he left. I ask where is the manager, they girl tells me he was one of the managers. What the hell, how do you run a business like this. I called the corporate office, and they helped my find a Golden Krust that could help me on short notice. Please stay away if you want real customer service. If I could give half of a star I would. Zero customer service, attitude from the workers behind the counter, and no management at all. Never again !!!

They Beef Patties here is very good.
