7-Eleven

Okay you know why i have to review this place for improvement. I’ve been coming here for the past 5 years at least 4x a week. From the coffee, scratch card, quick food and everything this is the place! And i think its time give short messages for the owner or the management of 7eleven for improvement criticism. I seen and i witness that most of the employee here now are become very lazy, sometimes they don’t wanna assist you for your needs or questions, most of the time they are all busy talking over the phone and doing overseas call while on duty. Theres nothing wrong about it but you guys need to prioritize your clients needs, and i think this issue has to be change for better. I still miss this guy name RAJ, he is the best employee you ever had, very polite and always willing to help with everything we needs… Secondly is your bathroom! Your bathroom is always dirty, if your staff has time to talk over the phone for personal reasons they should have time to maintain your bathroom clean. And please don’t use your bathroom as stock room for your supplies, thats very unsanitary…
This place still my quick stop, please take this message as advise or constructive criticism. I’m willing to update my message for better reviews as soon i seen the improvement.

I ve been going to this place daily for coffee and other thing in the morning and at night. Last week I had To use he bathroom and I was told the bathroom is out of order. Long and be hold today, I ve asked to use the bathroom and the same response «out of order» even though I saw someone coming out of the bathroom yesterday. I have no idea what the issue is maybe it’s the folks working on this shift but it’s really disappointing that a customer who comes in everyday gets treated like this.

This is best 7 11 I have ever been in. Coffee always fresh and they actually use the timers. The overnight guy us the best, see him st 8 some nights or 5:30 in am always happy. I am never dissapointed

Do I really have to review this establishment? Lets go for it. 7-​Eleven proves to be useful to all in it’s own right. It’s one of the few places that is open ²⁴⁄₇ and you can grab anything from a gallon of milk to a scratch off lottery ticket at 4am. I personally would stay away from the pre-​packaged deli/​food items in the fridge and go down the street to Union Diner for a late night snack if you are hungry. But all in all 7-​Eleven will always have a purpose and it’s conviently placed on the highway shall you need it.
