Can’t recommend GameChanger highly enough. The trainers really care about the members’ safety and progress. There is a warm, welcoming and supportive atmosphere which is encouraging for everyone who enters the gym regardless of their level of fitness starting out. When I was injured (outside the gym) they kept an eagle eye on me, making sure to help me modify every workout to maximize my results while minimizing my chances of exacerbating my injury. This isn’t a gym where you’re a nameless face. Everyone is greeted with a handshake and just like Cheers, everybody knows your name! Love it here!
