Buyer Beware. This company will not deliver as promised. Poor products, dishonesty. Some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. Hours late to appointments, if they show up at all. They do not return phone calls. Bert, the owner is extremely rude, arrogant and argumentative when asked to fulfill his side of a business partnership. I would have happily paid double the price for a hot tub somewhere else than deal with the headache from these people. The one star is for Vance, who actually knows what he is doing, and is a nice person.

I disagree with the other posts. I am a diy kinda guy and I came in looking for a specific part and the guy that helped me, albeit gruff looking and not extremely personable, provided me with the part I needed and gave me excellent advice on how to fix my hot tub. I had my hot tub up and running within an hour. I will definitely be a repeat customer and recommend this place to the people I know.

Kacey nailed it, almost identical to our experience. We have had our spa for almost 20 months now, it has not worked properly from the beginning. Techs have been to our house multiple times (over 15). We have tried to be patient and work with owner Bert. We have had excuse after excuse, lies, and the final straw was a hang up when we told Bert we wanted him to buy the hot tub back. Very unprofessional and would not recommend. Our next step is small claims court I guess.

I wish I had read the google reviews and seen the F rating at the BBB on this company before I purchased a hot tub. They are the most unprofessional, dishonest establishment I have ever dealt with. Lies, no shows on appointments, horrible customer service. The owner bad mouths every other company in town, and has no manners. I almost had to take them to small claims. And I am an actual customer. After seeing the owners excuses on other google reviews, where he tries to accuse every bad commenter of being his competition in disguise, I assure you I am a real person. BEWARE. If I could give them a negative star, I would.
