All Around Cab

The first time I used All Around Cab I was very happy, however, the 2^nd time I used them, the seat belt in the cab didn’t work and the driver’s comment was, «sometimes it works, sometime it doesn’t.» There didn’t seem to be any concern for passenger safety. Then 2 days ago I called to arrange a pick-​up at the airport for yesterday, however, when I arrived at the airport there was no cab to pick me up. I called to see if the cab was on its way, and was told that the person I had talked to 2 days ago didn’t put anything in the book about me or my needs, and based on the dispatcher’s comment, this happens on a semi-​regular basis. I had to use another cab company, which turned out to be less than $ 1 more than All Around Cab had previously charged me for the same distance. I’ll not be using this company in the future.

Good service and picked me up on time. The cab ride was about 10 $ less than the other cab I took going to the same destination.

Always on time — clean cabs — nice drivers.
Do I think its a bit expensive to pay $ 10 plus tip to go three miles? Yes — but do I want to walk in the rain? No.
This is my preferred cab company — and that isnt likely to change.
