Ambient Heating and Air

I have a contract with Columbia Home Solutions and have had other contractors in my house in the past to fix small issues with my heater. This time my friend who came to look at it said it was the motherboard and needed a new igniter. I have always been somewhat skeptical of these home coverage contracts, but when I called they immediately filed the claim with Ambient, it was after 7:00 p.m. at night, and told me someone would call me in the morning. At 7:00 a.m. sharp someone from the company called and told me they would be there around noon. The young man came when he said he would, took care of the issue promptly, and filled out the proper paperwork. He also told me that it would have cost me around $ 500 out of pocket had I not had the coverage, so it is worth it. I would for sure call Ambient again for any heating or cooling needs. Very good company.
