I recently changed phones and didn’t have Unilocal reinstalled yet, boy do I regret that. We dealt with nearly every problem listed. The night staffer, Franklin, was a really great guy, very friendly. For $ 60 we got the worst breakfast I’ve ever seen, ever. Didn’t even have the muffins they advertised. They put us in a reserved room and didn’t tell us until the last minute, then didn’t give us any extra time to get out, threatening to charge us extra if we checked out late. The butter for their toast(the only warm option) was a Parkway butter-flavored spray. The water never got hot, just very warm, super disappointing, no pressure in the shower. The room was extremely small, if you’re a large person or not very agile it will feel cramped. Seems like they’ve gone out of their way to make the homeless people around here feel extremely welcome, in fact I think I’d rather be sleeping in a hobo camp right now at least they don’t get pretentious about their accommodations.

I would give negative stars if I could. Management was not very understanding and was very aggressive. The manager is beyond rude, unaccommadating, raised his voice to customers and extremely impatient. Stay far away. Cancel your reservation. Run.

We went for a statewide Harley event 6÷26−6÷29. Our group had rented about 20 rooms or so. They only had 1 person checking us all in. They spread us out all over the hotel, very few of us were grouped together. In the later hours of the evening we were regularly harassed that it was time to go in our rooms even though we were away from the main part of the hotel. It’s not rocket science-a large group of people should all be placed together & ideally away from individual customers. The wallpaper was peeling, the cloth chairs and carpets in the rooms would be a forensic specialist nightmare; the bathroom sink didn’t drain; the gutters were not functioning in several areas, etc. We were pretty sure a drug deal went on at the back corner of the hotel. If you like to hear a woman yelling at 430 am at someone staying there, then this is your place. There was maybe 3 chairs by the pool. The traffic noise is rather loud also. Muffins for breakfast were placed in their display with ungloved hands that just scratched their head-ewww. They present all that for us yet harassed us like they were running a 5 star resort. The housekeeping staff was awesome however. Very pleasant and provided us with towels to dry our bikes off with. Would not recommend staying here unless you just need the very basic pillow for your head and a shower.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. We were coming home from a 7-week trip out West and this was the last motel we stayed in, and it was the worst. The room was not very nice and it smelled. The smoke alarm went off very early in the morning(and we were not planning on getting up this early). My husband tried to disconnect it, but it was impossible. The front desk told us they couldn’t do anything about it until the manager got there in an hour. Before we left, we asked for some compensation for the inconvenience, and the front desk girl replied, «You already had six hours of sleep.»!!! We will surely never stay here again, nor at any other America’s Best Value Inn.
