Antman

Have used this service for over 3 years with no complaints until now. We were on the monthly service plan from March — October each year. Since we had not had contact from them this year even though this is April, I called to make sure they were planning to provide service to us this year. I was told they had already been out in March. However, I had not received a call prior to this alleged visit, which would be necessary so I could unlock the gates and have my pets in. Receptionist tried to argue with me that she had called and left a message – my phone service has no record of a call from Antman to my number. Furthermore, there was no invoice left on my door to indicate the service was performed, which is customary each time they visit. I asked which day they supposedly came, but she didn’t have that record! A call to the owner did result in him not charging me for this «monthly service». Funny thing is, the identical thing happened to my mother this year as well! I no longer trust this business, and have discontinued my contract with them. Beware if you use their services – make sure you actually see them at your residence!

My sisters family ordered your special service for treating her house after several unsuccessful attempts of treating her house for bugs herself. She never did have any long lasting results from over the counter bug sprays. But she couldn’t be happier with your services, and the results after your pest treatment. The bugs were gone! What a relief. She told me she hopes she’ll never have to use you again, I hope you know what she means ;~), but said if she has that problem again she will call you right away!
