Horrible Customer Service! The Indian owner replaced the shattered screen on my Iphone with a cheap Chinese knockoff. The problem was that it did not work 100% after. When I make calls, the phone wouldn’t detect the proximity, so the screen wouldn’t go dark and it would end up pushing random buttons with my cheek during a call.
I went back to the owner who sold me the screen a week before, and even with the receipt, he said he could not help me since it was a week old and I should have came right after I found out about the problem. People have jobs and responsibilities in life, I can’t drop everything and make a trip to your shop. He continued to make excuses as to their policy and had a rebuttal for everything I said. I was sent home without it being fixed. I am very upset with being deceived and the overall experience.
