i can’t believe there hasn’t been more reviews on how horrible this company is. You walk in the strode and a nice salesman greets you and walks you in. After that, sometimes you wait 30 minutes for service sometimes they are pretty quick. But man, they ALWAYS try to upsell you! went in just to discuss my cell bill(because it was more than my freaking mortgage the las three months) and ironically ended up buying uverse; hey he was a good salesman. they guy gives me his card and says if i need anything at all, give him a call. i walk out and 10 minutes later he calls me three times. three times he calls me attempting to get payment info, cause he forgot to get it when i was in the store. i get home and realize i need one more receiver than i ordered(cause i was getting another tv on black friday. i call the guy that gave me his card SIX freakin times! SIX times! i answer all three of his phone calls to gather payment info, and he can’t return my call? wtf well i end up waiting at home for the installer to come. waited at home 9 – 12, and low and behold he doesn’t have enough receivers. so i end up waiting at home from 9 – 12 the following week because some dbag wouldn’t return my phone call. in all fairness, not really a fan of meidacom either

This location never answers the phone. I called many times and never got answered so I went in one day and while I was there they had phones ringing and no one even bothered to answer them.

I’m not sure if words can adequately describe how much much I despise AT&T, but I’ll give it a shot. We used this company for high speed internet service for about 9 months. They charge so many BS fees it is ridiculous. Whatever you do, DONOT give them your bank info. I know, I know, they promised you a $ 100 gift card for signing up for automatic bill pay. It’s not worth it. We changed banks and provided them with the new info. They charged our old account anyway, which didn’t have any funds available. And they kept attempting until our old bank contacted us because we had $ 160 in fees piling up. Would ATT refund the amount of fees? No way, in fact, the guy in customer service was such a jerk I filed a complaint with the BBB. Then of course on top of the NSF fees charged by our bank, ATT charged us too. They have the absolute worst customer service ever, numerous hidden fees, and spotty at best DSL. We paid $ 55 per month for 15 mb internet… now for $ 65 we are getting *50* mb internet at Mediacom. Run, run, away from ATT. They will bleed you dry and leave you hanging.

I loathe AT&T. This company has put all their money and staff into sales. But when it comes to customer service, there is zero help to be had. The one good thing about this place is the manager. His name is Michael Forbes. He is the only one who knows his stuff but can be difficult to get ahold of. So skip the morons at the counter and ask straight for Michael.
