The people in the office are nice. Hence two stars vs one. Everything else is terrible. They are very sloppy and unorganized. They shuttle patients from room to room and you end up sitting waiting for a seat to open up. When you finally see the doctor he rushes through your exam and you leave without really knowing what the next step is. Hopefully I can find somewhere better next time. Would not go back

Made an eye exam appointment on their website. Arrived at the scheduled date and time and was told they had no record of the appointment even though I had an email from them confirming the appointment. Was told they had no openings that day and would I like to reschedule? I said «no thanks I’ll go elsewhere».
Don’t use their website to schedule your appointment because you won’t get in.
Terrible customer service at the reception counter as well.
