Terrible place. My 16 year old daughter went there with some friends and the cashier made rude comments about her weight. So she left in tears. Tough enough for her as a teen she did not need to be weight shamed.

I love the clothes that Bella has to offer. I don’t even mind the pricier tags. However, this review is for the terrible customer service at this store. I have gone in a few times and the girls all seemed nice but my last visit really threw me off. The employees and owner seemed almost ANNOYED that we would come into their store. I can put up with their weird return policy and the other oddities(you do not get an itemized receipt) — however, I am not fine with their poor attitudes towards their customers. Also, when you return something, you only get store credit– but they do not refund your sales tax– so you essentially get charged the sales tax twice–(no refund for the sales tax of the item you returned AND then charged sales tax on the next item you buy with your credit) — Seems CROOKED. I am not someone who ever asks sales people to help– I mostly keep to myself– however I noticed a poor attitude and it makes me SUPER reluctant to ever go back which is a shame in a small town with limited choices. Another poor customer service point at this business is they had a sign up for 20% off a certain brand right after christmas. However, when we asked about the sign, they said«No that was for a few days ago we just haven’t taken the sign down» and they wouldn’t honor it! That is bad business. Every store I have ever shopped at has honored whatever they have posted– even if it was by mistake. The owner needs to retrain their associates and get a new attitude in their business or they will not last.

Yes, it’s pricy. No, don’t bother if you are over a size 8. But if you are skinny and have money, then go! :) They also have very cute accessories and shoes. Sales staff pretty much left us alone to browse, but were quick to ring us up. It’s a place I might visit once a year for a splurge.
