nice product, quite expensive(over $ 800), but when they forgot to include the handles for blinds, I was told they couldn’t ship them to me because they don’t have stamps, and it is hard to go to the post office!!! Are you kidding? I have to make an extra trip becuse they can’t drop a small package off to ship to me? Next time, go to Home Depot.

I have been a long time customer of Blinds To Go in Springfield, NJ. I have been totally satisfied with all my purchases here. I recently had a problem with one of the 3 cellular shades in my living room. This shade is no longer made so I was thrilled when I dropped the one shade off on a Sunday and picked it up on Tuesday fixed and ready to be rehung. The staff as very helpful and professional. I really like their products and we have always measured and installed ourselves with no problems even though we are not extremely«handy». I recommend that you keep your Blinds to Go receipts for the life of your blind since repairs are free if you have proof of purchase.

Good service and easy install! Disappointed with the wand, several were broken right away. I wish I went with the string. I asked what was better and they didn’t mention that the wand would be a problem. Otherwise the blinds like nice, I ordered the faux white wood blinds.

Very helpful and responsive. My most recent visit was for a repair, no problem. Dropped off blind for repair and it was ready for pick up in 48 hours. Awesome staff.

But I noticed that of all the multiple sizes that I ordered, they were put in this long box that is the same no matter what size your blinds are. But of course, in one of the blinds, that wand that opens/closes the blinds arrived broken, as there was so much room in this big box. Company should review their packaging practices. Otherwise the merchandise is fine.

I’ll start by saying that we’ve been generally pleased by our experiences with Blinds To Go. We’ve been able to locate the products, styles and colors we sought at prices we thought were fair(but certainly no bargain). The craftsmanship of the actual blind is good; we bought horizontal slat blinds. What their sales partners loose due to rigidity and the need for multiple repetition(due to the up-selling attempts) is somewhat balanced by their enthusiasm in providing assistance. We have had two areas of minor disappointment, neither of which would stop us from again buying here. First, Blinds To Go does no installation work– you’re at the mercy of their contractor regarding scheduling, quality and added cost. We had no significant issue with their local contractor, but were a bit miffed regarding their policies. Next, and this is the larger concern, the Blinds To Go product uses several types of fasteners and fit-and-finish pieces; they are very cheap and flimsy plastic, and fall off with everyday use of the blinds. Better engineering of these fasteners would add value to their product.
