Proceed with caution! This place needs to get their internet presence in order. Admittedly with risk, we took our twins there on a Sunday morning, arriving just at opening time, only to be told they were closed for parties until 1 pm. Yes, maybe I should have considered that, but they have NO schedule on their facebook page, nor is their website up and running. They only have store hours posted. The employee working didn’t seem too concerned — just told my husband to take it up with the manager (very nice). With two disappointed 4 year olds to deal with, we won’t be going back.

Went here for a kids bday party and decided to have my own child’s here as well after the experience. The mall is still pretty new and this side was not busy at all on a Saturday late morning. They offer deals for bday parties that are reasonable compared to the alternatives (trampoline park, my gym) where you have non exclusive usage of the facility. You do have complete control over the tables and dining area to set up your bday party but just have to allow other kids in if they want. That hasn’t been a problem for us in that a couple random kids were there but it doesn’t affect anything.
The place is basically just three large moon bounce things with slides and other things the kids really enjoyed. The parents just need to be aware of the age differences and isolate the very young from the larger rambunctious kids.

This is small and inexpensive but it’s perfect to let our kids burn some energy when you have shopping to get done!

Worst place ever. My kids 10 & 9 are NOT allowed to jump. WTF?!! In the past other people who has worked here let them! I will come here 1 more time and the same thing happends again, I am never coming again.

Recently came here for my nephew’s 4^th birthday party and the first impression when I walked in was, wow this is small.
Now as an adult this place seemed very small I believe it had to larger bouncing balloon thingies and another obstacle course 1. So maybe three and then a party room. I’ve seen more bouncies at outdoor parties. However with all that being said the staff seemed great and very attentive even though one seemed to be babysitting her son or little brother and he was having fun along with the other kids.
This is definitely only good for one party at a time since there’s really only one party room and we probably had 30 people in that room in a with children and adults and it was plenty enough room for us. So it does make for a good party location for a younger kid birthday. I think the oldest kid that was in our group was 7 and he was having just as much fun as the four year olds.
Paid parking right beside and being in the garage. It’d be great if the harbor validated some parking.

I will preface this with the fact that I super lax about all things kids related. The place is small but there was nothing else to do nearby when we showed up to Flight and it was closed for a private event today. My kids (4.5 & 2.5 years old) are currently having a ball (that alone deserves 5 stars) on the 3 inflatables. I probably wouldn’t come when school is out or when the mall is busy on the weekends because it IS small but right now there are maybe 5 kids here including my own. The chairs are pretty dirty and so is the carpet but it doesn’t really bother me, it’s no worse than my own house some weeks. =p

Giving this place 2 stars. Floors are nasty. No supervision and they let older kids destroy the place, it’s made for smaller children.

Today is Sunday, March 22, 2015 at 1600 hrs. This place sucks!!! They cater for children but they sure don’t care about you, your wallet or kids!!! Stay away from their prepaid playtime & this germ infected place. If you lose that flimsy little piece of prepaid piece paper, you lose all your prepaid sessions. We nicely asked the two useless employees (young male & a female) at front desk if they’ll be kind enough & willing to look into their computer system ‘coz we cannot find the prepaid card that has a few sessions left & they must have said «No» 3X & finished by saying «there’s nothing anyone here can do for you.» So we asked again, not so nicely this time «ok we’ll pay this time but if we find our card later, can you reimburse us?» Again a big «no». Our daughter was by now a bit sad so we paid & let her play. Those two never smiled once & even starred at us & whispered something as we walked away. Their seats are stained with who knows what, their carpet is so dirty & covered with trash & their bounce houses are filthy as if they were never ever cleaned! The wife planned to have our daughter ‘s birthday party there in May for about 20+ kids but that’s no longer happening there after witnessing this shenanigan. The place used to be descent, ok service & cleaned when they first opened but quickly descended to this shi@$&hole! Stay away, they are filthy & know nothing about customer service nor are they kids friendly!!!

Great way for the kids to burn some energy at the mall! There are only three bounce houses but it’s enough for a quick 30-​minute romp. The staff was friendly and the prices aren’t bad. We’ll definitely be back!
