I do not eat fast food, so I cannot compare this to other chains, but the service here was absolutely horrific. The girl working the drive through was so incredibly rude and cut off the person ordering. We waited a long while in silence for her to be done talking to someone else inside and then she said, «I’m still waiting for the rest of your order,» in a very rude tone. This level of insubordination should not be tolerated at any level of the service industry.

I love Burger King, but not this one. Staff is rude, slow, half the time my order is wrong, and the other half of time food is cold after they make you wait. Won’t be back.

This is my favorite Burger King! The employees are always so nice and patient. My family always has«special» orders and they always get it right, which is much appreciated! And they’re always happy to take my coupons, and never act inconvenienced by it.

All five times I have visited this Burger King the order has been wrong. The staff is unprofessional and rude. This last time it was so bad I asked for a refund. Don’t bother. Visit another location or go to the McDonalds close by. Always friendly and professional

Still never had a burger from the king but I love the original chicken sandwiches :) Today tried the grilled chicken apple cranberry salad and was pleasantly surprised! As for the staff I’ve always been treated well and never had any issues with my food.

Don’t bother going through the drive-thru because in my experience they’re going to make you park out front after ordering. We live near this place so we’ve been here several times and just about every time we’ve gone through the drive-thru they’ve told us to park out front and they’ll bring the food out. They’ve also screwed up our order quite a few times and have forgotten to give us part of our order on numerous occasions. If you do decide to come here, please check your order before you leave.
