Well we had a broken washing machine, and after looking around we decided to go with this place since it is a local business. We set up the appointment on a Monday for the following Thursday morning. For some reason they told us that they couldn’t put us in for the first appointment unless we called at 8am Thursday morning. We got up early and called, then was told oh well our tech has left and he wont be back to your area until sometime around noon and four. We explained to them that wouldn’t do because we had somewhere to be before noon. so we rescheduled for the next day. When the tech showed up he had made the decision before he even looked at the machine that because we had pushed the reset button on the back of the machine, that must be the sensor that was broken. The tech replaced that sensor(at 85 $) and when it still wouldn’t work, and error code came up. we offered to look up the error code for him, but he said no he would call us back in about 30 min after he looked it up back at the office. After he left we looked the code up ourselves, it said that a certain sensor was not communicating with the motherboard. About an hour later the tech called us back, he explained to us that the sensor and the entire motherboard was blown, and it would be 900 $ to get it fixed. WHAT?! I might believe it if he had said what the error code had really said, the sensor was not talking with the motherboard, not it is all broken. This place is a sham! They come in at there leisure and then rip you off!
