Cellular Sales, Verizon Wireless Authorized Retailer

I was shopping in the mall and notice that this store was in here. Walked in just to check it out and I was immediately greeted by one of the reps. He was very pleasant and asked me if I needed any help. We started talking and he told me that he can save me 20 $ on my bill every month! We also talked some more and I ended up getting a tablet which has been working amazing for me! I would definitely recommend this store to anyone! I read the reviews and I was shocked cause there are nothing but good people here.

Should have looked at reviews prior to visiting and purchasing through this store. I was lied to and given complete incorrect information when I purchased and signed a contract. I was told «today is the last day to get in on the promotion» which would have added 2 gigs of data to my plan… LIE! Still getting 250mb! Was told that I could go to ANY Verizon store if I had any problems… LIE! This store was 1.5 hours away from my home and I was just starting to shop a different supplier as I had been with AT&T for approximately 15 years. I was told that I would have perfect coverage in my hometown… LIE! Coverage sucks in my hometown. I was told that there would be no need for mobile data if I am in my home or work where there is WIFI… LIE! When receiving pictures or any messages from I Phones mobile data has to be turned on to receive the message, thus being the problem with only having 250 gigs of data which I NEVER even came close to using with two phones on my old plan with AT&T. And lastly the insurance that I purchased was apparently from a 3^rd party and NOT through Verizon which I specifically asked about IF a need for the warranty every came up… LIE!
So after this past week when one of our phones was dropped and I contacted Verizon directly about needing to pursue insuring the phone I was advised that I was not able to get insured through Verizon and needed to contact the insurance Company directly or go to the Store that I purchased the phone/​insurance from. My need was to get a new phone as soon as possible and the Operator on the phone actually went the extra mile and contacted the store for me while I was holding and she was advised that I needed to go back to that store to get a replacement device and that I could go to the store and receive a replacement device that day after I paid the $ 99 deductible.
So today I drove an hour and a half to Springfield to get a replacement device. The two ASSociates in the store were very passive aggressive and unhelpful. I was advised right when I took my phone, Galaxy S-​3, out that they would not be able to supply me with a new device today as they «don’t have those phones». One of the ASSociates continued to be passive aggressive with me and refused to be helpful as the other ASSociate contacted the insurance company and then just handed me the phone… obviously it is my problem now as they have already made their commission and I think they were pretty sure they could ASSume there would be no repeat business from me! As I spoke with the insurance agent on the phone she advised me that the store could actually get me into a phone then and there as the stores no longer carry the phone that I had and they would provide me with a like device, which would have probably been fine and worked out and then I was advised that the deductible was actually $ 129 and not $ 99. Surprise surprise another… you guessed it… LIE!
So I would advise anyone considering using Verizon stay as far away as you can from this store and it’s employees!
What a joke!
Now to see if Verizon with actually help, that will be a true test of the integrity of the company!

This store is full of rude employees (and I say full because there was an abundance of them standing around doing nothing) Who insulted me and questioned my monetary status. I needed a new phone because my old one stopped working, which they were very quick to find the warranty for and promised to ship me a new one overnight, but they never placed the order. I found this out by calling the verizon company, who proceeded to actually overnight my phone, apologize for the incompetence of the store staff.
