Chick-fil-A

I love Chick-​Fil-​A! They can get through anything and is one of my favorite businesses (though to be fair they are fast food, I gave it one less star for that. It’s shocking how fast I can get food from them… how do they prepare it so fast? Like Mickey Dees, etc. your food comes quickly).
While like all other fast-​foods it’s probably processed I still love it. I just ate there and chatted up with a person I didn’t know. Nice food, relaxing place to sit in as here there is a variety of lounging areas. You can choose the chairs that are pretty high up, the booths, and the other furniture spots.
I settled in with my grilled chicken sandwich. On a spur of the moment I used half a hot sauce packet then poured a container of BBQ sauce, one of a few you can ask for at the desk when you order. Man, that was good! I hope if you would like to try that one out, go ahead. It sure was tasty!
Then with my meal I had a frosted coffee. Was great too.
Ever since I heard of a competitive restaurant moving in right next to them, I want to help this place out as much as possible! Chick-​Fil-​A is worth the drive, bus, walk, whatever way you could get there (note to walkers/​bussers: Note there is a stop right before the spot. I didn’t know that all the other times I’ve been there so just want to say right at that bus stop there is a walkway that leads to a drive path and then one of the entrances!) it’s worth the quick wait for good food!

I’ve never dined inside at this location, but I actually like the dual lane drive-​thru. It moves fairly quickly and my order has never been wrong. The service is always pleasant. My favorite menu item is the grilled chicken sandwich with Chick-​fil-​A sauce. When I want to avoid the carbs, I’ll order one of their salads.

Chikfila is the best and this one does not disappoint. The restaurant is clean and has plenty of seating. Service is always fast and friendly, way better than you would expect from a fast food place. And, of course the food is amazing. Their chicken nuggets and waffle fries are the best. I also like their warm chocolate chip cookies. Just wish there was a chikfila closer to me, this one is the closest and at least a 15 – 20 minute drive.

Chick-​fil-​A is the elite all-​star of the fast food game. We all know that and this location did not disappoint. Fast, friendly service. Fresh, hot food (what is there not to like about the spicy chicken sandwich). Clean and well maintained facility. Once I got inside, I had an amazing experience.
However this location lost 1 star because it is downright scary to get from the parking lot into the building (or the road to the parking lot for that matter). This restaurant was plopped down at a strange angle on an undersized out parcel to a Target that itself is on an irregular undersized lot. As a result, parking near the building is very limited. The building seems like an odd prototype because the stack of the double drive thru and the retaining walls of the sloped lot forces you to play a game of Human Frogger as you migrate from the Target parking lot to the building.
If your parkour skills are sufficient then you will have a great experience, but you have to ask yourself if any chicken sandwich is worth the risk?

Clean restaurant, friendly and quick service, and convenient location. Always have a pleasant experience here and really enjoy the attentive staff.

What’s not to like about Chick-​Fil-​A, really?
This location has a 2 lane drive-​thru, which is pretty cool and you think that would make the lines move faster. Unfortunately, it doesn’t make the lines move any quicker. You are still waiting in line for awhile. Hence, only the 4 star review, rather than 5. The wait is worth it though because the food is good every single time.
Side note, I feel like this is one of the only Chick-Fil-A’s that still say ‘my pleasure’.

This Chick fil A is the best one around, all the other reviews are right! The employees here are so nice and polite, the food is fresh, and they keep the place clean. The only drawback here is limited parking close to the restaurant, be careful walking across those drive-​through lanes! If you go on a Saturday at lunch time, they have people out in the drive through lanes directing the heavy traffic!

Stopped by here while driving to see what the crazy lines were about. Well, the hype is for real and the food is delicious. The employees are so friendly and did I mentioned how good the food was? I got the spicy chicken sandwich, which was delightful. Wl definitely be back.

First time at this Chick fil A, and it felt good. It was clean and the employees were really nice… Witness something today and felt people should know about it.
While we were eating, a lady came in and spoke with the manager briefly… Her car broke down and I guess she needed help moving her car out of the way. He takes a look, then sends three of his employees out to help… A fourth employee runs out to help his coworkers get the car moving.
How amazing is that. There aren’t that many kindhearted souls around. So when I saw that, my jaws dropped. These young fellows are terrific!

Went there a lot since we moved here. Great food. Coke drinks instead of Pepsi. Definitely going back.

I must start out by saying «I LOVE CHICK-​FIL-​A»!!! I visit KOP MEDIA ROYERSFORD and they are all great. The Springfield restaurant has a managerial attitude and that’s what the three stars is all about. Every time I visit this particular restaurant they NEVER and I mean NEVER have DeCaf coffee. It’s always «We will make a fresh pot and bring it to you» It always takes 20 minutes, they almost always forget about it… and NEVER serve it in a timely manner as I am always finished with my meal. I approached two different mangers at two separate times and both said:
«We don’t have decaf on hand… we always make it when it’s ordered» Fine if you own a Kerig (like Boston Chicken) but I have a hard time believing that decaf is not available… If the Springfield store had DECAF soda as does the KOP MEDIA and Royersford restaurants, I would order soda because I CANNOT DRINK CAFFEINE!
Both managers really didn’t care… they more or less stated… That’s how it is!
So If you like Decaf soda or coffee… don’t go to this one!

Hadn’t been here for a while but did a stop through the drive through for a fast dinner pickup. They now have two drive through order stations that moves everyone through even faster. Same food as one would expect, and STILL polite staff with at least the veneer of pleasing the customer.

I enjoy Chick-​fil-​A very much!!!’ every time I go the food is hot and quick and good but the only thing is sometimes they forget to put food in the bag and I live in Lansdowne so driving back there is a pain in the butt three times I went there and I had one or no sandwiches in my bag I only went back once to complain and get the sandwiches and I was rushed to the line and they acted as if they didn’t believe me and got no thing for my troubles. so my Friday night trip there has turned to once or twice a month instead of every Friday because I don’t want to have to deal with the hassle that might come my way other than that they’re good.

Seriously love chick Fil a! So differently from all other fast food restaurants. Here if you dine in, there are people who take your trash, offers refills, and are just friendly! I also love the fact that they’re closed on Sundays. Many more places should be! The food is always hot and delicious.

My experiences as this Chick-​Fil-​A location have always been positive. The staff is friendly, and my food always comes out quickly. But my visit yesterday left something to be desired.
Maybe it was because I had come during the height of lunch hour, and everyone was stressed and busy. I hope that was the reason. No problems with the speed of my food’s arrival or the quality of it. What gives me pause for concern was what happened in the dining room. There was a lady working the floor clearing trays from customers’ tables and refilling their drinks. This must be something new, I thought, or perhaps I had just never seen it until then.
She asked me if I wanted my drink refilled, and I said yes. I was impressed at the level of service for a fast-​food restaurant. Then she condescendingly told me to take the lid off my cup. Okay, if it skeeves you to come into contact with the straw that was in my mouth, why are you offering to refill my drink in the first place? I don’t know, there was something in her tone implying that I should have known to take the lid off in the first place. So I took off the lid, handed her the cup, and questioned myself: Did I look dirty or unkempt? I am meticulously and scrupulously clean, and it really peeves me when sometime thinks I’m dirty.
At the end of my meal, I got up to throw away my trash, and one of the employees got annoyed with me because I made the mistake of standing next to the trash can, where the high chair she was dragging was meant to go. Well, sorry…
Let me end my review on a positive note and say that I’m impressed that Chick-​Fil-​A offers fruit salad as a healthy dessert option. And it’s really good fruit salad that’s not 75% cantaloupe (in fact, there’s no cantaloupe at all), as some fruit salads are.

Amazing. Top notch friendly service, excellent food. I mean this is fast food but they treat people very well with the respect they deserve. Other places need to start studying Chick-Fil-A’s secret formula for success before the competition gets put out of business. Customer service and quality food. Took away a star after they messed up my order so many times recently.

Peggy and Mike are great on the floor, they make sure you have a fresh drink if you need a refill. Food is great as usual.

Fact: fast food is not good for you.
Fact: this is my favorite fast food.
Chick-​Fil-​A is so good that if you have not had it you need to try it. This particular Chick-​Fil-​A always looks clean and the employees are extremely friendly.

I like it here! They are always nice and your food comes out quickly. They also have some healthier options.
I took the boys for a fundraiser the other night, and it is nice that they do good things for the community also.

So why can’t I review a fast food place on Unilocal?Really, why can’t I?
I mean, it’s not like I’m reviewing McDonalds here. The truth is, if I had to choose my last meal on Earth, and someone gave me two choices between eating the finest gourmet meal cooked by Georges Perrier, or a Chick Fil A sandwich, I’d stare at that sandwich for a long time before choosing the gourmet meal. And at the same time, I’d be thinking of a way to sneak that sandwich out in my pocket to eat for dessert.
I can’t help it. I have a Chick Fil A jones. i don’t even care if the company is a conservative stalwart. Chicken like this crosses party lines.
Also, I’ve never met a Chick Fil A worker who wasn’t one of the friendliest people I ever met behind a food counter. They treat people right.
