This is my go to place for chicken sandwiches. The classic number 1 with waffle fries. Don’t forget the chick-​fil-​a sauce for dipping your sandwich and fries in.

Normally this restaurant does a decent job if they are slow, but if there is ANY volume the quality takes a nose dive. If there is a line, save your money and go to one of the dozen other restaurants that are within a 3 block radius.

When Springfield restructured the access to Glenstone from US-​60 it became even more difficult to get to this location. Previously access was challenging at lunch time due to many clientele, now it is just awkward.
Frankly, I don’t get the appeal of this restaurant chain. I’ve ordered the mainstay meal and its spicier variant, but neither impresses me. The cross cut fries are different but not that great. Similarly, the sandwich is OK, but not fantastic.
I guess I will have to wait until a Zaxby’s opens in the area — theirs is a really fantastic chicken menu.

Chic Fil A has a wonderful quality that a lot of businesses could stand to take from them; reliability. I’ve never had a bad customer service or food experience at a Chic Fil A. Ever. This location is no exception. I think it’s probably one of the best customer service experiences of my life. Love them!

Like the last reviewer stated; this is as good as it gets for Fast Food! Unbelievable service and lots of extras — and great tasting chicken, fries, and lemonade! Try their chocolate chunk cookies — you’ll never want a different kind of chocolate chip cookie again!
As to the person who wrote that they act holier than thou — I’m betting it is something they read but didn’t actually experience. I know the president and he was stating his personal opinion about marriage. For the record — he never said anything negative about the gay community. He merely stated that he believes in the traditional marriage. He was not speaking on behalf of CFA which treats all customers with the same respect.

Last two times… the food has not been great. Plus they take your money and then their president tells the country your lifestyle is wrong. Stay clear. When I say the food had not been great it seems that possibly the oil they cooked the chicken with was old because it had a funny taste. This happened twice so I gave up. And with the whole gay marriage thing. Just too much drama at the Chick

Fast service even at noon on a Thursday. First time at new location, first time at all on many years. I remember it being better but I can’t judge on that. Had standard club meal and it was good. Nice atmosphere & clean even for being busy. Friendly staff.
