Chili’s

Food took a long time to arrive and was only Luke warm when it did. Burger bun was stale, good spice level though. Horrible atmosphere, sports on all the tvs. I won’t be back.

Had dinner and dessert and it was delicious and the service is great but the food could use some mire seasoning but other than that chili’s is a good place to eat 4 stars.

Super good food! Not good options for the 2 for $ 20 though. Super cool on the inside but the service is spotty though. My waitress kept pushing my husband to tip 30% and then eventually told us if you’re not going to tip good don’t tip at all. I am one to always tip but that just made me really mad. She had no reason we were already planning on tipping. Super rude.

Good food, good service, no issues. Ordered the Cajun chicken pasta., was amazing. And fried pickles ., yum !

The honey chipotle chicken crispers are amazing, especially with a side of southwest Mac n cheese!
I like this chilies because it has a few pieces of Springfield memorabilia hanging around the restaurant which is pretty cool. The food is always pretty high quality as well as delicious.
They have the new table side check out option so you can slide your card at the kiosk thing that sits on the table so it makes it a little quicker to get in and out especially during the lunch or dinner rush.
There is plenty of parking and it is located near quite a few shopping options in mid Springfield.
Applebee’s got rid of my favorite honey chipotle chicken, and chilies most definitely replaced it in my mind with an even better dish! Overall I really enjoy this place and I will keep coming back for years to come I am sure of it.

We checked Unilocal before coming here, and they only were getting 2 and a half stars. We stopped in anyway, and we are puzzled as to why they were getting such a low review. Our server was very friendly, and attentive. The appetizer (some sort of chicken wings) was great, and I don’t even care for chicken wings, so for me to say that is saying something. My wife ordered a bacon cheese burger that could rival one of Red Robin’s burgers, and I ordered the fish tacos, and I was not disappointed one bit. If there was a complaint to be had on mine, it could have used some cheese and maybe a mango salsa or something like that. This coming from a San Diego boy who knows his fish tacos, these are great. The price was decent too. 45 for the 2 of us (we ordered a dessert cookie to go), 55 after the well deserved tip we gave are great waitress. The place was clean, and was not very loud. We really enjoyed ourselves, and we plan to be return customers. I think all the folks who gave this place a bad review, should come back in and try again cause we honestly don’t see why they only got 2 – 3 star reviews. Well done Chili’s, you’ve earned some repeat business.

We have eaten at Chilis many times the food is usually above average the service is hit or miss. This time however our chips and salsa were the worst I have ever had. The salsa was fine but the chips were painfully salty, after sending them back the replacement was just as bad adding to that was difficulty getting our drinks refilled, I am hoping that our next visit will be much better.

Bad quality food. Tacos were cold and falling apart. Touch screens at every table take the personality out of the experience. Prefer Maria’s any day. If you must go, get a steak.

My husband and I went for a late Friday night meal. We walked in thirty minutes before close which is obviously cutting it close but still deserves decent service. We told the hostess to seat us wherever was most convenient so she takes us to a back section. The floor is DISGUSTING! The entire area hasn’t been swept all night. Our server finally appears and gets our drink order without any extra suggestions or checking to see if we’re ready. She comes back with our drinks, seemingly annoyed that I was just drinking water. I asked if there were any specials we should know about and she blankly stared at me like I was an idiot. She proceeded to tell us the bar had half price apps and we could move if we wanted. We started to say we would order anyways and she told us she would give us more time and left our table. We waited five minutes for her to come back but it’s now fifteen minutes before close and we can see her hiding out at the computer. We finally decide to leave and as we walk by she finally acknowledges us to ask if we took her suggestion to move to the bar. I just said no and walked out the door. We never got the chance to even order our food but it wasn’t worth the gift card in our wallet and will never be worth a second chance in my book. We ended up at Big Whiskeys where we were able to order quickly and had great service. Don’t try chilis. Skip it and go somewhere that Will appreciate your business.

This place is your typical restaurant chain with a wide variety of food and questionable décor choices.
While I appreciate the options, I’m not a fan of the fact that their menu keeps changing all the time. I absolutely loved the shrimp tacos that they had for a while but then they dropped them from the menu.
What is great about this place are the drinks. The pomegranate margarita — the Pommarita — is amazing. Also, don’t miss out on their Margarita sampler. You get the most bang for your back in terms of alcohol and 3 flavors to enjoy.
So sit back, enjoy the drinks and stick to appetizers.
You’ll be very happy you came.

Food was pretty good. I had the grilled shrimp tacos; kind of hard to find something «diet friendly» on the menu.

I am from kansas, and there… i was almost addicted to my Chilli’s. The servers were awesome, the bartender was fun… all that jazz! I honestly cannot say the same about the one here in Springfield. My boyfriend and i went out last night, long story short… our waitress would ask what we needed… we’d tell her… and she’d forget until she’d stop by to check on us again… and then!!! we gave her cash, we had 10 dollars in change coming back, and she just said «Thank you»??? Ive always been asked if i need change… so not only did we say no no, we need change… but then she brought us a 10 dollar bill!!! you dumb dumb, if we said we needed change in the first place, and you bring a 10 dollar bill back… you must NOT WANT A TIP??? I’m sorry but common sense! Then we hand her the 10 and she said «thank you!» right away… and were like um no… we need some ones if you’d like a tip??? WOW! *Find a job you know how to do please* Serving is not that complicated…

It’s a Chili’s. The main host/​seater who was obviously training someone was awful. His trainee was friendly. Our waitress was extremely nice and efficient even after sitting for a good 5 minutes or more before getting our drink order. The food was… well…it’s Chili’s. We were in a bind due to hungry kiddos and this place was nearby.

The food is excellent every time. The ribs, burgers, and chicken are all great.

It’s a Chili’s. Unless you’re new to America, you should know what to expect by now. This one has an odd parking lot. Otherwise, pretty standard.
