The Simpsons characters outside Sweety’s drew me in. Had to stop for a selfie with Homer and the clan — then walked in for some yogurt. The owners could not have been friendlier, showing me the six flavors of yogurt and the sixty toppings. In the back is a party room with dozens of Simpsons figures displayed on a ledge by the ceiling.

Cutest Yogurt Shop Ever! The lady who helped me was just as sweet as the yogurt, and super helpful! She gave me a sample, and informed me that there was 60 different toppings to put on the yogurt. I had the fresh juicy strawberries, blueberries, cherries, butterfingers candies, skittles, and lots of other toppings. I couldn’t load up on too much sweets because my mom was yelling at me that I was getting to much. They also had many types of cereal, various candies bars, jelly beans!, and a bunch more. My new favorite place to eat yogurt! :)

Nice place, great device, but only frozen yogurt no ice cream. But really good. Clean. Friendly. Great place to Hang out and have a sweet treat.

This place was great from the moment you walk in. Everyone is greeted upon walking in the door with a smile and then a tour. There is 6 flavors of yogurt including a sugar free option and a dairy free version. After choosing your flavor or combination you have to choose from the 50 different toppings. This is the hard part. There is everything from candy to fruit to cookies to cereal. After you have put together your masterpiece it only costs 45 cents an ounce. My son had a nice yogurt with about 6 different toppings and it was just about 4 dollars. Friendly service, great tasting yogurt and a fun atmosphere all adds up to us coming back again!

When I picked up the spoon in the strawberries section of the topping bar, a swarm of fruit files flew up. Ick. The owners are as nice as ever and the yogurt is tasty. Next time I’ll just skip the fruit toppings…

«Release your inner ten-year-old!» I tried this a couple of months ago right after Noodle ‘n Thai opened next door. Since I was already stuffed to the brim with Thai food I opted for a small cup, with limited toppings. The yogurt was available to sample prior to pouring(a big plus) and most of the toppings were pretty self-explanatory. It was a hot day in the spring and the fro-yo hit the spot(and cooled the Thai chile burning, too). The owner was very, very friendly and did the whole Sweety’s schtick for me even though as an adult male coming in alone, it might’ve been slightly misplaced. But that hokey-ness is part of the fun of a place like this, and I can imagine that they’d be a huge hit for those of a different demographic. When I went, they didn’t take cards and didn’t have an ATM. Bring cash or be prepared to fork over hefty ATM fees to the nearby banks.

Alright sweetys, you’ve got style, even if its the hometown corny sorta style, it works for a place like this. Take the tour, get some free samples, and do the sweety dance! Yes, the sweetys dance! Yes its dorky, yes you’ll act a foo, but trust me, it is required to fully experience sweetys. Excellent flavors, 5 froyo and 1 sorbet, all soft-serve, they change one out every few days. Pretty much any toppings you can think of, all self serve so make it however you like. Excellent addition to downtown springfield.

We were greeted like queens when we walked in the door and were shown how to make the creation on our dreams. Every bit of candy in the place is considered a topping and he showed us how to do the dance, you really need to ask if you haven’t seen it! He offered to let us sample all the frozen yogurt and even recommended combinations that I wouldn’t have thought of as good but they were. We were then left on our own to create our masterpiece. We had almost as much fun creating as we did eating! I loved the party room in the back too, I’m almost looking for an excuse to have a party there, so much fun!

I took a trip to Ashland several months ago and visited The Yogurt Hut while I was there. The Yogurt Hut is a similar business that also sells Yo cream products. After that trip I was dying for more the same taste. That’s when my sister told me about this place. Sweety’s delivers on all my Yo cream needs and while it’s missing a few toppings I loved at Yogurt Hut it offers many others to make up for the difference. The woman working when I came in was incredibly friendly and helpful and I enjoyed my time in the store. Sweety’s is reasonably priced, healthier than the ice cream alternative, and, to top it all off, absolutely delicious.

I went into Sweety’s yesterday(because of Unilocal). The woman who helped me was so nice and friendly(I found out she and her husband own the place). She gave me sample after sample of yummy frozen yogurt. I ended up with two different flavors & a couple of different candy toppings. My bowl was $ 3.30. They had 6 different flavors, could swirl them or just go side by side. They had every topping you could think of, fresh fruit, reeses peanut butter cups, oreos, cereal, and lots of different candy. I can’t wait to take my kids here they’ll love it. Also they have a party room, which I think is a cute idea.
