My brother came here to get his screen replaced on his Iphone.
The Iphone worked perfect when he handed it to these halfwit monkeys it just had a cracked screen, he even turned it on and showed them. He went back when they said it was repaired and the phone would not turn on. Yea they repaired the screen and broke the phone then told him it would be $ 100 to get the phone back even though they broke it. I would not be writing this review had they just given him his phone and said «We could not fix it» but to charge him for fixing it when you broke it in the process is just wrong.
Computer Monkeys, we will see you at the Courthouse.
These are very bad people.
I would be willing to bet the only good reviews here are themselves or relatives.

I went in to get my screen fixed on my iPhone and I went to pick it up 13 minutes before they closed. The guy just handed me my phone didn’t say thank you or anything and even told me that they were waiting on me so they could close when according to their business hours they were open. I found this very rude. I didn’t feel like my business was appreciated so let’s just say I will be taking it somewhere else in the future.

This place is a complete waste. Took my Iphone in because it turned off and would not turn back on. They wanted to charge me $ 40 JUST to diagnose, and figure out what’s going on. A quick Google search later, and it was a very simple fix of plugging the phone into an outlet and resetting the phone. $ 40 to do that? Nice customer service. If you need any computer advise, apparently Google is WAY more educated, and financially more friendly.

They are CHEAP. I call them whenever I need a part just to see if they have it. If they don’t have it then I order what I need online.
They have fixed two of the computers at my office — and fast — just a day or two.
Friendly too. I hope they stay in business!
