Wonderful food, wonderful price, wonderful hours. Everyone is absolutely wonderful unless Jamie is managing. Could be the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Wouldn’t let him run a ferris wheel at a county fair in the corn fields of Iowa. Great place but I’d ask who is managing the night you order.

Ordered pizza from here today. Cousin Vinny’s takes me back to my college days while living on campus at Wright State University, but I digress. Called in for delivery to a client’s home upon experiencing issue with ordering online. The gentleman that called was VERY polite and helpful, as well as apologetic for my issues ordering online. Ordered for a total of around $ 15, including delivery fee, and got a pizza, breadsticks and two beverages. Made the special request of light sauce and was not disappointed. Food was hot but pizza was slightly overdone, hence the four stars. If anything that was my only complaint, and the delivery woman followed my deliver instructions, [call upon arrival, I will meet you in lobby] to perfection.

Called in a delivery order and they miswrote my phone number down. When they delivered it to the hotel they couldn’t locate us, luckily I was in the lobby at the time. The delivery driver was beyond nice and friendly. The pizza and bread sticks were amazing! The price was very, very reasonable. Would definitely order from them again!

Called in to make a delivery order and the person on the other end of the line was not very helpful. When he answered the fist word he said was (Name)in a stern voice. I gave him all the info and it was now time to order. I asked what the specials there were and he asked,“didnt you here them on the recording we have over twenty specials” he might as well have said I dont have time for this. So I hung up and will not do business with them. No time for customer no money for buisness!!!
