The guys worked quick and the roof looks great and as far as I can tell after 2 months, is doing the job superbly!
My only complaint is that they installed our skylights but they only do exterior work. Other roofing companies that I am now in touch with now offer both exterior and interior work when they install skylights. I called to see if DBS had at the very least a contact or company that they could recommend to me to cut through the ceiling and drywall the area in the attic so that we can have access to these new skylights from the inside, but they didn’t. They didn’t even offer to help investigate.
So– in summary– the work they did was great, but they leave the homeowner responsible for figuring out how to complete the puzzle, where other roofing companies seem to have solutions for the project checklist.
