OMG! My schedule is crazy busy and cooking for me is arduous — by the time I shop for my ingredients, put them away, drag them out each time I cook it just adds up to another task on my already jammed plate. But I just got schooled — there is a way that works for me. This is it. I went in on a Sunday for an hour and a half and had my entire week’s worth of dinners prepared, labeled, and ready to go. For the entire week! Teresa, the owner was there and was incredibly helpful. The tools and prep place was clean and neat. There was even an apron for me. The menu was varied and good — I’m not difficult to please but I do care about fresh healthy ingredients. If I wanted canned or processed, I’d buy prepackaged from the store. But with this system, I package my own food and I know everything in it. It was also easy for me to follow the recipes because Teresa posted them for me /everyone right in front of the stations. Two thumbs up — and every time we sit down for dinner… I say thank you Teresa for providing us the opportunity to eat well and enjoy the process. Oh, and even better, my cost was between $ 3.50 and $ 4 a serving. Uh. kinda hard to beat…

Overpriced prepared food, tiny portions, and not tasty enough to justify the cost. The portions are ridiculously small-1 small pork chop per person. They choose the tiniest pieces of meat, barely put any sauce on it and charge an arm and a leg for it, like you would pay at a gormet restaurant. Maybe their cooking classes are woth it, but the prepared food ISNOT! In my opinion, it’s a poor value. McDonalds tastes better and you get more for your money.

We had an incredibly positive experience here. The franchise owner was extraordinarily helpful, and friendly and the food was fun to put together and the meals have been delicious. I was impressed with how clean the place was, as well as their guidelines on washing hands between each meal prep. My 14 year old son and I put together 12 four to six serving meals as a father’s day gift for my husband, who does most of the cooking. My son arrived about 10 minutes before I did and was allowed to get started. He was thrilled with his creations, and it fed his interest in cooking. I had not gone earlier, because I was worried about the cost… however, when all is said and done, we spent about $ 3 a serving, which was a great deal.
