You cannot beat the prices. Service is not same day or next day but it is adequate. There is the occasional busted button but if you point it out, they will fix it. The man and his wife are pleasant to deal with if you are pleasant to deal with. If you have something you are extremely concerned about, you might want to take it someplace else, but for everyday clothes, this is a great place.

What a horrible place, terrible service, and very poor customer service! The owner and wife are very rude and big liars! I left a very expensive dress and a silk shirt. Before I left the clothes I asked if they would be able to do the job. The owner said that it wouldn’t be hard. I asked them to be very careful with the fabric since it was a very gentle fabric. He said that they use very gentle organic cleaners. A week later I went to pick my clothes up and was horrified at the sight of my dress. Not only they didn’t remove the stains out of the dress but they also ripped the dress in several places. When I was picking it up I talked to the wife who politely appologized and sent both pieces of clothing for a «re-do» and promised to saw up the dress. Today I went to pick my clothes up I found out that the shirt got a bigger stain from a chemical that was used. The dress was cleaned but not sewn. When I asked them why they didn’t sew it, the husband started literary yelling at me that it was not their fault and that they didn’t even check for rips and tears. I was very unhappy with service and will never go back there. Do not recommend the place to anyone!!!

Very friendly, but I’ve had issues with this place. I stopped going because they broke the buttons on several of my dress shirts. They also«lost» one of my pants for several weeks. They kept promising that they would be ready in a few days, and then they weren’t. When I finally got them back, the guy admitted that they had been lost, but then were found. And they charged full price. Infuriatingly, it appeared that the work that was supposed to be done on them(a hem) hadn’t been done at all, which I didn’t realize until I got him. The prices are great… probably the best in town… but it’s not worth it.

This place started off decent when they first opened a year or so ago. They have drastically gone down hill, while raising prices though… I would NOT recommend taking any clothing there. First off, on many occasions when I have gone to pick up clothes, the«systems are down.» This means they can’t look up your order by phone number(the most often used way, right?) and instead you have to have the receipts. I guess this isn’t a problem if you save all your receipts and have them handy, but I don’t and I don’t know of many people who do. Most recently, this resulted in me making 2 trips to the cleaners and a frantic search at home for the receipts before they closed. When I returned, only 2⁄3 of my order was done… despite the fact that the receipt stating it would be ready a week earlier. They often break buttons on my boyfriends dress shirts… they offer to take it back and fix it for free… but this means he doesn’t have those shirts for yet another week. Even worse, they wait until you come to pick up the shirts and YOU notice the broken buttons. Why don’t they check the shirts themselves and automatically fix it? Crest is a little more expensive, but they’re reliable. Go there instead!

This place is really bad. I dropped off 5 shirts to be laundered and pressed on Friday and they said that it wouldn’t be ready until Tuesday. Most dry cleaners only require 24 hours, but this place needed Saturday, Monday, and most of Tuesday to get my clothes cleaned. I should have left then. When I finally came to pick-up my clothing on Tuesday, he said it was not ready due to the thunder«storm.» I was like… wtf…you mean the 30 minute thunderstorm we had that day? Anyway, to say the least, I wasn’t happy to have to come back again. I told them that I would come tomorrow and when I did pick-up my shirts, they were done very badly. They weren’t pressed very well and the had WAY too much starch. I only asked for a light starch. I won’t be coming back here again and if I were you, I would look elsewhere.
