Incredibly slow and unreliable service. Flat out deceptive in their estimated arrival times… I’m guessing they’ll say anything to get your money. I needed an emergency tow this morning. Call was placed at 5am and I was given an estimated time of arrival of 6:30am, which seemed absurdly long since there’s virtually no traffic that early where I was. Of note, it’s also around 30 degrees Fahrenheit and I’m in a car with a dead engine, so no heat. I’ve called dispatch twice, who has claimed the driver hit traffic and would be 15 – 20 minutes late. The driver is currently 7:30am (an hour past the ready ridiculously long ETA) and I’m still sitting here freezing my ass off. If you have any choice, run *far* away from this outfit.
Holy crap, their new ETA is now 8:11am. That’s over three hours to go 15 miles. Google Maps says it should take 18 minutes!

If companies survived solely on the way they handled customers over the phone Double B Towing would surely be the first to fall.
I broke down in the evening, literally 2.9 miles from them. I was quoted an hour wait time. Okay, fine, I’ll wait. 55 minutes pass & the police tell me I need to get my car moved or they will have it towed. I call Double B (which I am sure stands for bad business) to inquire how much longer it will be. The dispatcher could not have been ruder or cared less when I explained what was going on and informed me it would be another 25 minutes. She was dismissive, rude & flat out unhelpful. I’d rather have tied a rope to my bumper & pulled it with my teeth than use them again.
I advise you call another company that values their customer by being professional, polite & respectful.

I was quoted 45 minutes for my tow truck to arrive and he arrived within that time and also made sure to call me to give me updates. He had to come on the Army Base to get my vehicle and had no issues. He was efficient and got my car on the tow truck quickly and safely and delivered my car to the repair shop. Thank you :)
