Good, inexpensive food, freshly made. During busy times, staff seem to ignore in-store customers while waiting on drive-thru customers. The convenience store the restaurant is located in, has a display(right by the Dunkin Donuts counter), selling ridiculously over-the-top gun-nut propaganda signs. Given the number of mass shootings and other gun violence incidents around the country in recent years, this unpleasant sight detracts from an otherwise, generally pleasant, experience. Parking is limited, but generally sufficient, except during very busy times(or when a tanker truck is refilling the tanks supplying the gas pumps, and thus blocking several parking spaces).

As we were traveling through Vermont going to a wedding we needed to grab a snack so we decided to stop in at this Dunkin’ Donuts located within the Penguin Fuels Gas Station. This particular Dunkin’s had a great staff working behind the counter as well as a great seating area to finish your meal. We ordered a few breakfast sandwiches which were made quickly and correctly, as well as a coffee which was deliscious. The only thing I wish this location had was a tip jar. The policy here is that customers do not tip the staff. This is annoying because they definitely deserved to be recognized for the amazing service they provided us. In the end this will be our go-to Dunkin’ Donuts when we are visiting friends in the Springfield VT area. The staff alone is enough to draw us back.
