Am I dying? I had a biopsy. I was told«results in 2 business days». About 4 business days later, I call. «You don’t need to call us for results! We will call you.» 14 days after the biopsy, they call me. I call back 9 minutes later. I go through the correct menu options. The guy has no clue who called me. He even says«No Eva works here». Huh? Finally, 22 minutes after my call — multilpe hold times — I get to talk to Eva — She asks me if I had the biopsy done! She didn’t look at my chart! Nobody called to get my results! If you think you are dying, DON’T GOHERE, they don’t do the due diligence of actually finding out your biopsy results! Eva and/or whoever is in charge of doing that should be fired. UPDATE: My results were available 8 days ago. Eva doesn’t do her job, and makes people wonder if they are dying for extra week(s). Who knows how long I would have waited if I hadn’t gone to LabCorp myself. And oh, Eva hung up on me, and told me there is a «big difference» in me pronouncing«Eva» as «Ay-va» instead of «Ee-va», and that’s why Paul told me «Nobody with that name works here». Eva: It’s called a Homonym. Two words that are pronounced differently, but spelled the same. It is the epitome of 2 words basically being the same. Next you are going to tell me there is a «big difference» between live(as in ‘alive and well’) and live(as in ‘I live in a van down by the river’). No. There is not. Don’t hang up on people. Do your job, Eva. You clearly are NOT.

Horrible experience. My b/f had a follow up appointment for weeks with Dr. Oppenheim. 3 days before the appointment we get a call saying we need to reschedule because the doctor is going on vacation. I tried to ask the staff for an appointment with another doctor, even if that meant going to a different location, because my b/f was flying in from CA. They said that Dr. Oppenheim wanted to go over test results. If that was the case then maybe he shouldn’t have cancelled an appointment so last minute just to take a vacation. The staff was not accommodating which was ridiculous considering they cancelled this appointment.

I was not happy with this practice whatsoever. They apparently performed a «nasal endoscopy diagnostic» and billed as such. Insurance looks at this as a «surgical procedure». I visited them after I had multiple sinus infections. No one explained what they were doing to me. They literally just put a scope in my nose and looked around. They did not go all the way down my throat or anything abrasive. She didn’t see anything. I was just getting a follow up since I had an ear infection. If someone had explained to me that going just inside the nose would result in a surgical cost, I would have opted not to have her do this procedure. Thanks for the very expensive check up with really not that much information. I spent $ 135 for basically nothing. I will not be returning nor would I recommend. Watch for hidden costs. They bill such so they can make more money and don’t inform patients.

Dr. Gardner is a easy going doctor. This guy is great and has a great bedside manner. If you have a problem with your throat this is the guy to see. Easy to work with, and answered all of my questions. High marks for this Pro!!!

Dr. Gardner was one of the most informative and easy-to-get-along with doctors I’ve had. He explained my chronic ear and sinus problems in medical parlance, then gave me the«easy» explanation and a prescription for Rhinocort, which is already working wonders. The staff was very efficient in working with me to set up follow-up appointments and a hearing test, as well as fittings for musician’s ear plugs. I also love the fact that they have 4 locations in No. Va.
