From over 2200 miles away Emerald Vapors is still keeping it real. Sent out my replacement battery, a real life saver, that I recieved in a timely fashion. All individuals I’ve spoken with over the phone were friendly and professional and able to help me in answering my questions. Not to mention the supreme flavor choices available.
