The flowers were beautiful and the delivery was timely… If only the card had had the correct name. My wife wondered why she got flowers from «David» on her wedding anniversary. My name is Daniel.
You might want to read those typewritten instructions a little closer next time…

Absolutely incredible customer service!
I ordered flowers for friend in the hospital in Springfield but unfortunately she was transferred to a different hospital the next morning. By the time I found out about the transfer, she was gone and the flowers had already been delivered to the first hospital.
To my surprise, the great people at Enchanted Florist offered to pick up the flowers the next day and re-​deliver. However, the new hospital was in Milwaukee. Instead they made up a new arrangement (for no additional charge) so I was able to have another friend pick it up that same morning and take it to Milwaukee.
The flowers, of course, were also amazing! Thanks Enchanted Florist — you’ve proven that some businesses do still get it!

This florist is outstanding in both quality arrangement and service. I got a darling arrangement delivered to my daughter at school for her 16th birthday… i just looked at their website and called, asked if they could make a particular arrangement more pink and green than in the picture on their site. When my daughter brought home this adorable pink and green arrangement with sparkles on it i was blown away — well worth the price and the flowers lasted a good two weeks.
then i ordered flowers for a friend’s birthday and realized i had the day wrong. i hurriedly called them and they were able to stop the delivery before the flowers arrived! (lucky timing and great service again). Can’t say enough about how they were invested in making things right for me and my experience with Enchanted Florist will prompt me to SEND MORE FLOWERS! Thanks to each of them.

I cold-​called this place from Los Angeles to order flowers for my Mother. The woman who answered the phone could not have been more friendly and helpful. The flowers were delivered VERY quickly and they were very well-​received. Great work!
