My water heater started leaking on Wednesday and I called Evergreen for an estimate for a new heater and installation. As usual, the service was prompt. On Thursday morning Steve delivered a new heater on the way to a job he was doing and returned about three hours later and completed the installation. Steve and his assistant did a super job, as they always do. I recommend Evergreen as a good source for getting all of your plumbing needs.

Very honest and efficient service. We used them a few years ago to replace our AC and Jeff gave us the most reasonable price. Installation was quick and efficient. We recently had an issue with our furnace and called them on a Sat morning. One hour later he arrives and fixes our problem. It’s always nice to have people you can trust when it comes to home repairs.

I was having problems with my AC. I called and Ever Cool made an appointment for me within 24 hours (during the business week/​business hours). The technician was courteous and called me 30 minutes before he arrived. He was courteous and honest. I will call Evercool again for additional needs.

They were quick to troubleshoot the problem and fixed my HVAC. They were friendly and answered my questions, but didn’t seem too interested in chatting if not prompted. They did the job they were hired to do, and showed up within the window they agreed to do it. I am satisfied with the work.
The thing that prevents me from giving anything higher than 3-​stars is that they came into my garage, found my hose, hooked it up, and used it without asking me first. The last repairman had the decency to ask first before using my tools.
Then they came inside my house and used my bathroom without knocking or asking. I was upstairs, I came down and saw one of them walking out of my house after flushing the toilet. Most repair men ask before coming into the house, and also ask to use the toilet. No prob, but don’t assume you can just go into my garage and use my things, and walk into my house and use my toilet.
Have some respect! I hired you to fix something at my house but that doesn’t give you the right to use my things or give you free reign on my property to go wherever you want while you’re here.

Can’t say enough great things about Jeff and his workers. Honest guy and very knowledgable. He has been my Hvac professional for several years and have several friends who also use him. Always on time, always fixes the problem, and prices are fair.

Very pleased with this company. They rescued us in 100 degree heat on a Sat morning when they A/​C went out the evening before. Felt like we got honest and reasonably priced service. Will use them again when necessary!
