This place is like new and very user friendly. The staff has been really great with assisting our every need. With this being said the pricing for the units is very expensive and without there being a first month free promotion and a real need for storage near a job site I would never have rented here. The access off the main roads is also very difficult as there is no left turn into the place meaning you need to pass the place and go about ½ mile before you can make a u turn. I am rating a 4 on coustomer service and the facility itself

Storage place with both temperature-​controlled and not units of various sizes. There are two loading areas into the temperature controlled area and two elevators with carts at the ground level.
There is an on-​site residential manager who has been there for 10 years. The front desk folks can be a bit snarky but ok.
The property is gate protected and there are plenty of cameras all around.
