Best Kebabs in the Springfield area! The taste is superb; they cook everything fresh on the grill that is visible. The prices are not too bad for the amount of food you get and most of them are combos which include: naan, chickpeas, salad, and your main meat. The interior is orange and they have a tv with adequate seating but it could be more spacious. I’m a daily customer there because me and my family love it so they definitely have consistent taste with very friendly service. *Lunch special is available all day for $ 5.95 and the portions are smaller but it’s perfect for 1 – 2 people!* CONS– The restaurant is not very professional in terms of seating, utensils, and environment. You come here for the food not the environment. All the utensils and plastic and the organization of structures inside is not very neat. I don’t mind it because it doesn’t really bother me but if you’re looking to bring someone on a fancy date, this wouldn’t be ideal. If you want someone to enjoy great food on a date, come here!

I have been coming here for almost two years, I usually get the kubideh kabob, the lamb kabob is great as well. The service is ok not outstanding but their food makes up for it. We usually dine in for their unlimited yogurt sauce.

Great food, great environment but the service is bad. The people were rude and disrespectful about containers. Otherwise the food was great but the service was impolite and uncalled for.

So, never having this kind of food and being my first time, I thought I would try it. Surprisingly, it was really good. As you see in the pictures you get a lot of food and I wasn’t quite sure how I was supposed to eat it or what the side sauce was for, but I made it. If you’ve never had this type of food take a walk on the wild side and try it.

Low rating is ALL about the service. We have been coming to this restaurant for years now and honestly love the food, the portions are good, the quality is there, taste is great, the hot tea is delicious and prices are reasonable, but good lord… the service?! The attitude that comes along with your order makes you want to stop patronizing this establishment, but the food is SO good!!! We normally get the chicken kabob and even we have been coming for years, now the family and have been getting the same basic order, it is the same thing — we ask for either more rice or chickpeas instead of the salad as that to us is never really good and we get the rolling of the eyes, the simple opposition and finally like the ultimate favor to us, ok, we can give you this(usually rice). We sometimes(usually) feel like we are not welcome in their restaurant and that is not a good feeling when you go 2 – 3 times a month and we are usually a party of 6 or more. I would give less stars based on the service alone but feel that everything else compensates.

This is the go-to kabob place for my family and I. Usually we get take out which is equally as good but it doesn’t do the bread justice. Sometimes we dine in and that’s when we get the best experience. Since we come pretty often, we’ve gotten to know the people that work there and we found out that they are a family owned business. They are a nice family and give us great service whenever we come. The food is really good. I’ve had kabobs at other places and they always skimp out on the meat and the flavoring but they do it right here. Well, also note that they serve Afghan style kabob as I know there are many variations. Anyways, I always used to get the chicken with bone in. It’s so juicy and flavorful. It goes really well with any side you order. Sometimes I also get the fish which I think is tilapia and I think it is herb crusted because the crunchyness is a nice touch and adds so much flavor. Sometimes when I want something more meaty I would get the lamb and oh my gosh it’s so good. The sides I get and switch up every time are chickpeas and eggplant. The salad that comes with the meal is good with eye green sauce that comes with it. It can be a little spicy but tasty nonetheless. It adds another taste to the meal so you don’t get tired of the food. So I mentioned the bread earlier, and they make it fresh right there in the restaurant. So if you eat there, the bread is nice and crunchy and smells amazing. It goes really well with the yogurt sauce. Since we do takeout most of the time, the bread isn’t as crisp anymore when you get home. But still very good and goes with the food. The meal isn’t too expensive, it’s enough to fill you and you may even have leftovers too. They have a really nice tea that is on the side near the register. Self serve and is a nice balance along with the food. Plenty of space to sit since they expanded it. We love coming here and will continue to in the future :)

This is our go to place for great Kabobs, I love the quality and taste of the food particularly the steak Kabobs, the seasoning and marinade they use is very unique and very good. The boneless chicken Kabobs are perfectly spiced and very tender… they specialize in grilling everything to order and they always get it right the chicken is never too dry. The sides are wonderful our favorites are the spinach or pumpkin but they rotate them and sometimes they are not available. Bread is wonderful and a hhh the baklava(pistachio) is great!!! If you try flame kabob you won’t be disappointed.

A great deal for what you pay for! I got combo 1 and it came with one chicken kabob and one lamb kabob. The meat came on a bed of rice and a side of salad and a choice of side. I got the chic peas. The whole combo came with home made bread all for around $ 11.00. They had a really tasty yogurt sauce and a yummy spicy green sauce. Their chicken kabob was better than their lamb kabob. The chicken was moist and seasoned perfectly. The lamb was good too! It wasn’t as tender as the chicken, but the lamb was still worth a try! Chic peas were tasty too. They had other sides, but can’t remember what the other options were. Okay the bread was good! They make it fresh and you can definitely tell it was home made. It is a great place to go to if you have a random kabob craving. Staff was friendly and hard working. They made sure you got all your food and everything was made fresh to order. I saw they had gyros. I wants to try that next time! Can’t wait to go back and try it out.

I will start off with the positives first. The customer service here was exceptional. After eating at a restaurant next door my gf and I left not satisfied so we decided to check this place out since it was crowded. We wanted to order one thing and split it. I wanted the chicken and kubideh combo, the person helping us recommended the chicken and steak combo however I was not feeling steak so we stuck with our original intention. After ordering we sat down by a table near the door, the same person suggested we seat at table deeper into the restaurant that recently just opened up to escape the breeze of wind sweeping in every time the door opened. This was a kind gesture and we ended up moving. Now the food was not good. The kubideh is made from ground beef, however I could taste an odd taste with it(common taste with cheap ground beef). I have never had kubideh with this taste so I was turned off from the kubideh. The chicken also lacked flavor and the only thing that tasted some what good was their rice. It consisted more spices then other kabob places around the area. I am usually not a big fan of the pita bread anywhere I eat kabob since I don’t particularly enjoy it, however my girlfriend seemed to have only good things to say about it. Their prices are way cheaper then places like Kabob Palace however you lose out on the quality. Next time I will just stick to the places where I know I can enjoy a excellent kabob meal. After eating here I left feeling dissatisfied and not wanting more. So would I recommend this place? Probably not, look elsewhere for your kabob needs.

I’m so happy I happened to be in the shopping shopping center running an errand when I got hungry. Looked up restaurants via Unilocal and Flame Kabob was one of them. Since I’m always up for good kabobs, I was in. Well, they didn’t disappoint. Service was nice and quick. I got the chicken kabob with a side of chickpeas. The chicken was perfectly cooked with great flavor. The sauce gave it even more flavor, and heat. I asked for 2, natch. And the chickpeas were just as flavorful. The accompanying bread was warm and soft around the fat edges and crisper in the middle. I tasted the mound of rice and it was good as well. Did I mention I was happy I was in the area? :D

Best kabob place hands down. Ive yet to find a kabob restaurant better than this one. The owner’s brother owns a FK in fairfax and there’s no comparison– he’s rarely there and the quality of the food is so bad. But not at this location. The owner and her kids are always at the store. They’re dedicated to provide the best service and it really shows in their food. This is why I drive 30 minutes every time I’m in the mood for kabob. Fresh and great quality food. Been going here with my family for the last 10+ years. When you’ve had the best, you refuse to go elsewhere…
