What a great time I had at Frost Salon! This was my first visit and I must says the ladies made me feel welcomed! Cassidy was my stylist and took such great care of me and did such a great job in coloring and styling my hair! I’m very particular with my color and my hair can sometimes be very difficult to color. I left very happy with the service! I will be back in 4 weeks. Great service and great personalities! They really know their stuff!!! One of the best salons I’ve been to!

I just moved to Springfield, MO and needed a highlight and a cut. I went online and read some good reviews about Frost Salon so I made an appointment. They were able to get me in to Rebecca Kennedy on the same day. I’ve never been more happier with the results. She gave me the best highlight and haircut that I’ve ever had. I’m so glad that I found the best hair salon! Rebecca was excellent!!! If you are looking for a great stylist who cares about the results as much as you do, then make an appointment with Rebecca!

You know you’ve been out of town too long when you have to call for and emergency facial waxing! While visiting family in Springfield I decided I needed to be ready for work upon my return home and called Frost (based on other Unilocal reviews and location). They got me right in. What a cute shop! Nicole offered a friendly and pleasant greeting and assured me that Tiffany would do an excellent job. Tiffany came out shortly to tell me she would be with me in a minute after she changed linens. Clean. I like that. Tiffany turned out to be friendly, conscientious and skilled. I’m loving my new eyebrow arch and hairless face. I can’t speak for their hair or nails, but if Tiffany and Nicole are any indication, you won’t go wrong. It’s gonna be a long commute back from California!

One of my clients was leaving for a cruise — with what was quite possibly the WORST dye job in all of history. She was in meltdown mode — I suggested she call Megan to get fixed up before leaving in two days. Not only did Megan and her gals fit her in at the end of the day, but they transformed what can best be described as an «epic fail» into a beautiful head of hair! They fixed the uneven cut and layers, they saved her hair which was half fried and they made it the most amazing shades of blonde. My client called me to rave about how amazing the girls at Frost were and how happy she was. She has been back for additional services and will NEVER go anywhere else!
Thank you for saving her cruise and making me look like a hero!

My wife & I moved out to Missouri in 2005 and ever since then she’s been trying to find a stylist that she worked well with. After every new one she tried I got to hear her frustration. The most common issue she had with many of the other stylists was that they wouldn’t listen to her. My wife knows what she wants & wants it that way! After she tried Frost Salon, she came home & I braced for another scathing review, but none came. She was very happy with the service she received & her hair looked great! So three cheers to Frost Salon for eliminating a frustration from my life!
