Several times. I have to drop my review stars because of this. Honestly, as nice as the floor staff was, you’re better off going somewhere else. Edit 5÷24÷15: Apparently no one could get the foam piece needed from the manufacturer of our furniture. Since October. I finally gave up and accepted the foam reinforcement for the chair. I guess since the furniture was«paid off» via a line of credit, they just want to get me to stop calling even though this was all their doing. :(It’s not good enough, but there’s only so much you can do. He took some measurements and after I told him that I was originally promised new foam, he said he’d get some custom foam made to fix the cushion that we’d been trying to fix.
