Shawna the manager at fye movie stores is a real Jerk she thinks she’s better than anyone and acts extremely rude when asked a question about anything the other day I returned something that was defective and it was used, she looked at me with ugly look on her face. Also she sais that their own coupons can only be used when printed out which is a lie you just have to show them on your phone just like in Holyoke. Don’t shop there when ignorant Shawna is working what a real head case she is. FYE store
